Hi, I have the following Zap User subscribes to email list Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 1 Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 2These Google Sheets are communicating with each other through =IMPORTRANGE, which is fine, but as soon as a copy is made, the files require to be given access again to communicate with eachother. Since we want this all to be automatic we are wondering if this above part is also possible with Zapier. Sheet 1 is the Sheet which is shared with the new email list subscriber.Sheet 2 is the “backend”. Here are all the secret formula’s, which help the user get to a certain answer on Sheet1 without revealing the formulas.
Hello! It seems pretty straight forward however I only have the ability to trigger from Trello using a set amount of time before a card is due… is there a way to create a trigger off the fact that a due date is added? If so is there a way to check that there is also a start date on the card to ensure the accurate data is there to create the event?Ultimately I want to use this to schedule tasks in Trello that populate out to technicians as events. I can get it to work beautifully when testing but the trigger itself doesn’t execute properly (instantly when dates added). Thanks!

I am picking up from an associate who no longer works on this task. We have an active Zap which is running well, taking web-received form info, and placing it on a spreadsheet. I can see the Zap works and flows to a spreadsheet. But I don’t know where the Excel spreadsheet lives, or how to access the results. Thoughts on how to deduce this?
Hello folks, I have a ZAP that I want to trigger when a checkbox is ticked in a column.I currently have it set up to trigger when a column is updated, and all the cells in that column (where there are rows that contain data) have an empty checkbox in them by default. The problem is, it appears never to actually trigger this first step. I do have a filter set up for step 2 as shown here:But the ZAP never gets started. When I tick the checkbox in the spreadsheet, I expect Zapier to understand that as an Updated Row from Sheets. But it is not even starting the first step, so there’s no history to investigate.Why wouldn’t ticking the checkbox in the assigned column result in a trigger?
I am trying to create a zap that creates a card inside of trello after a form submission. I got everything to work however I figured out that inside of the “ trello zapp “ there is no option to target the adress-field inside of trello.I really hope this going to be added in a future update of the integration. We could really use this in our workflow.But for the time being.. Is there anyone who knows a workaround for this?

Is there a way to regularly send an email containing the contents of a specific OneNote page, whether or not the page has been updated?

Hello, I am trying to pull contact information from a new deal created in HubSpot. I have been successful at creating a step to pull Deal data but have not been able to create an association between deal and contact. The ultimate goal is to send Deal Contact information to Ignition to create a proposal.
Hi,I was looking through the forum to understand how to import all my deals from Hubspot at once. I've successfully been able to get one deal at a time, using the “Find Deal in HubSpot” Action and property “Deal Name” with a Letter example A in the “First search property value” I would get one record with the deal name starting with an A. I tried an asterisks * (wildcard) to see if that would bring them all in but that didnt work.I did see reference to a similar question saying that a loop should be used. So, I added a Zapier loop and Create Loop “From Line Items” referencing the same field in the action above. That didnt make any difference. Could you assist with how I can achieve importing all my Deals.thank you !
Hi everyone,I am building a website for a personal chef, with Calendly or Acuity Scheduling and Stripe.If someone books a date with the chef, they should automatically receive an email with a payment link from Stripe. This works fine, except the only payment options are Apple Pay and credit cards, even if I enable other payment options in Stripe, such as SEPA transfer (bank transfers within Eurozone) or Multibanco. The client is located in Portugal, where credit cards are not used as often as bank transfers.Does anyone know of any technical solution to enable people to pay with bank accounts? Hey Community, i am a Zapier newbie and i am wondering if it is possible to update a lead-list on LinkedIn after a trigger/Lead form on Leadinfo. It seems like there are already correct templates for Leadinfo and the trigger but i could not find any template which might be helpful for LinkedIn. The goal would be to automatically update a lead-list on Linked in with people from companies which visited our Website. Is there anybody with the same the same issue? We download contact lists from Salesforce and upload them into Constant Contact. As they unsubscribe in Constant Contact, or we remove people due to undeliverable, suspended, blocked, etc. - our Constant Contact lists are the cleanest data. Is there a way to feed this back to Salesforce so the system of record is also getting cleaned up?
Hi Community, I am trying to automate creating a Linkedin Matched Audience (using the Linkedin Matched Audience integration) - but I cannot see an appropriate action to this do.I’ve tried the Linkedin Matched Audience integration - but it seems I can only add audience members by “Email” address.In Linkedin Campaign manager it is is possible to create an audience by uploading a CSV file containing the Company Name (the company that an employee works for), as well as the company website, linkedin URL, country etc.E.g. “Joe Bloggs Limited, jobbloggs.com, linkedin.com/joebloggs, UK”Is it possible to add an Action to achieve this? Can I extend the existing Linkedin Audience integration to include this functionality (e.g. contribute to it?)The ultimate goal is to “programmatically” create these audiences from within my app. Unfortunately I cannot use the Linkedin API directly - hence why I would like to use Zapier to achieve the goal. I’m so sorry to send a msg like this but I’m not understanding what´s going on!I developed an app in Glide which record has a checkbox after payment.Once the user pay, the checkbox is marked and I should a message to the recepients. The trigger is exactly this field. Everything was running perfectly in the Automate.io. Here I create a zap like this. In the Automate.io had one for new and other one for update.Once the user marks the checkbox, this record is hidden or it´s not possible to mark twice. Additionaly I save the timestamp of payment. What´s happenning is the this zap is running for some rows that was payed in the past, with no reason!The checkbox field was not updated. Maybe I’m wrong, but it´s look like when a new row is added, the zap run for a random row, I guess!Looking the history, I review a succeeded tasks and the Data in is a payment in the past. Why?Since I have the timestamp of payment, is it possible to add a condition if date of payment is today? a way to avoid ta
Hi -- I am interested in using Zappier and had a specific question about Zappier’s ability to “pull” data when it’s integrated with certain software. For instance, if I create a Zap between Zendesk and Slack, does Zappier have access to all information stored within each of those program’s accounts, or can it only “touch” information for which it has been permitted to do through designated rules? In other words, if the connected Zendesk account has information stored in Sections A-Z, but Zaps are created to automate certain activity for information contained in exclusively in Sections A and B, is there any way Zappier can extract or access data from Sections C-Z of the Zendesk account?
Hello! My employer is trying to create a bidirectional workflow between Asana and Basecamp 3. Below is what we’re trying to achieve, and we would appreciate any insights!We have a project management template set up in both Basecamp and Asana. When a new project is created from a template in Asana, we would like a new project to be created from a template in Basecamp. When a task is updated in Asana (new due date, marked complete, etc.), we would like that same task to be updated in the corresponding Basecamp project as well (we would also like the reverse, going from Basecamp to Asana). If several due dates or the entire project's due dates are shifted in Asana, we would like those changes to be made to the corresponding Basecamp project as well (we would also like the reverse, going from Basecamp to Asana)Essentially, we would like the ability to link an Asana project and a Basecamp project together, with most any action in one project being reflected in the other project.
Hi there - am new to Zapier but so far very impressed.I'm trying to take some numerical values from a Formidable form, add them together and then update a row in a mySQL table with that calculated value.For instance, I have four fields submitted from Formidable (field IDs 50, 53, 52, 51) which will each have a value between 0 and 100.I want to add those value together arithmetically hence the update value in the attachment. Is it possible even for the “update value” field in my Zap to contain arithmetic functions? something like=50+51+52+53 I’ve tried various things but it’s simply treating it as a string which is producing some odd results when the field I’m trying to update is an int field.is this possible to do, or am asking the impossible?Thanks a lot.
