I am trying to create a private channel in MS Teams when a new record is added on a Salesforce object. Everything works to the point of creating a private channel. I can create a channel in MS Teams but not a private channel. Any ideas anyone?
Hey there, wondering if someone can help me. I work for a membership site and want to send new members a welcome email, but extracting information from two sources on Airtable. One source is the new members details and the other is a table with that week’s latest Mailchimp campaign link(we want new members to receive that week’s newsletter) When a member joins, their information goes on Table 1.When a newsletter gets sent out, a Table 2 is populated with the Campaign Link from Mailchimp. The view I want to use filters the links so that only the latest week’s link is sent out.I want to use Zapier to say “Hello [Member Name from table 1], Thank you for joining blah blah blah. This weeks newsletter can be found here [Link from table 2]” automatically. At the moment I was thinking of using Airtable - New Record in view > Airtable - Find Record > Then the Zapier email app. Wondered if there was an easier way of doing this? I can’t seem to work out a search formula that works. Thank yo
I don’t seem to be able to add new contacts that are created in LinkedIn to my Hubspot CRM.This isn’t using forms or any special tools - I just want all new contact sin LI to be added to Hubspot. This must be one of th emost basic and widespread requirements for Zapier. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Can you help me figure out this Zap?I’m trying to do the following: to ensure that every time a contact is created or updated in HubSpot, a record in Insightly is found. I’d like for Zapier to see if the email address of the contact created or updated in HubSpot already exists in Insightly. If it does, no further action is needed. If it doesn’t, I’d like for it to create a new contact. The fields to be synced would be basic ones such as name, email address, job title, company, and phone number.What I’m doing is the following:1. Contact Recently Created or Updated in Hubspot2. Find Record in InsightlyAaand this is where things get weird. Here’s what I’ve done, and the error message that I get: Am I select one field wrongly? The thing is… I don’t see what other options would make any sense. Neither do I understand why the email is an “invalid field name”.Please let me know if this is something you could help with. Hi everyone, I hope you could help me because I have been stuck with my zap for 2 days. My goal is to update a googlesheet when I have a new row. For this, I have 1 sheet with my country 1 correspondance sheet (in the same document) with the country and the territory associated.I manage to create my zap and with the help of the LOOKUP action the right form, sheets, columns and data are found. Howevere when I want to test and continue my zap I have an error message saying there id no data (see attachment). I don’t undretsand why because in the steps above Zapier was “showing” me the right data, so it could be read. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance,Best regards,Agathe
Hi, I am trying to get my head around something here. I have set up a ‘Mailchimp Status’ column in Airtable to automatically provides the ‘Status’ i.e. “Subscribed”, “Cleaned”, “Unsubscribed” of an email address in Mailchimp. This way I can easily keep track of who in our database is currently receiving our mailouts, who has opted out, and which emails are bouncing. I have a Zap set up which triggers when a subscriber is created or updated on Mailchimp. This in turn finds the corresponding record on my Airtable base and updates the ‘Mailchimp Status’ field with the ‘Status’ output data from Mailchimp. So far so good, I have data appearing in my Airtable column. My issue however is that for some reason, instead of showing “subscribed” it is showing “subscribe”, and I can’t figure out why. When I am testing the steps in Zapier, the status output from Mailchimp shows as ‘subscribed’, but when it’s hitting my database in reality it is showing ‘subscribe’. This is obviously a minor issue
I recieved notice that the current zap I’m using for Creating events with Office 365 will be retired. Looking at the new one to replace it, it is missing the ability to add attendees, significantly reducing it’s use and causing me a major problem.In this post: It states that it is not supported, but it was. Will this be resolved before the older version is switched off? This is important to us.
I am using Amazon Polly to convert text into audio speech. I want to stream the audio on a website as an mp3. The Zapier Polly integration produces a file, that once clicked, downloads the mp3. How do I get an mp3 url instead of a link to a file download ?
I see that the starter plan, which is what I have, included multi-step zap rather than just single step zaps. What is a multi-step zap? My typical zap is going from Click Funnels to Google Sheets. I then create another zap from Google Sheets to Office 365 so as to send an email. Can I make that all one zap? Is that what’s considered a multi-step zap?
I have a complex Estimation s Spreadsheet in Google sheets. * indicates steps that I am stuck on.I Created Google form to act as data capture for New Quote Requests Made a Zap that Creates a new Folder name based on the estimate # in my form response spreadsheet *I need to input the entire line of data from the Form Submission into my Estimate Spreadsheet Template (Sheet 1 row 3 ) but it keeps posting all of the information into Cell A3 rather than into each individual cell in row 3 My Zap then Creates a Copy of my estimate template and re names it based on the Job # *I want this New Estimate spreadsheet to save into the new folder I created in step 2 *I want to have a sub folder that is created in each new folder from step 2If anyone has any input on steps 3,5,6 it would be greatly appreciated

I am integrating Airtable with Mailjet to import Contact Properties. The Airtable actions are set up and tested and check out just fine. The problem is that in the Mailjet portion of my Zap, the Setup fields are all showing the data imported from Airtable, but then when I go to Test action in the Mailjet portion of the Zap, the fields are all empty. It makes no sense to me how the data appears in Setup, but in Test it is all missing.
We have a Zap that turned itself off a few weeks ago, probably because of errors it was hitting. We resolved the issue causing the error, and are trying to turn it back on. We do, and it turns on within the editor, but once you refresh the editor page it’s back to “OFF.” We’ve checked all steps are GREEN, and all accounts for each app are connected. I’ve tried to submit support tickets but haven’t even gotten acknowledgment that we’ve opened a ticket.
My organization is using Luminate CRM (LCRM) by Blackbaud (the same company that has Raiser’s Edge NXT) for fundraising. LCRM operates on top of the Salesforce platform. We have tried to connect the CRM to Donately using Zapier’s Donately to Salesforce integration, but cannot get it to work. I’ve talked to Blackbaud, and they have no suggestions. In fact, the support team has never even heard of Zapier. I’ve googled and searched to no avail.Anyone know 1) whether LCRM can even be connected to Donately and 2) whether Zapier can be used to do it?
How does Zapier setup its pricing? I currently have a Zap setup to pull 7 different columns/fields from a live updated Google sheet (using email parsing). This is pushed over to their Hubspot account as new leads (there is no directly connection from this service to Hubspot. Will I be charged 1 Task each time a new line items comes in or will it be 7 Tasks each time? Thanks,Eric

Hi I am using zapier to capture a multi select variable from Woo Commerce’s gravity form and want to feed a value to the destination based on conditions, is it possible? For example,if the multi select variable on gravity form = “Anna”,then sales field of the destination field = “Anna Gaines”else if the multi select variable on gravity form = “No”,then sales field of the destination field = “Marketing Department”...and so forth I am imagine this should be done on the variable level, like applying a if condition on a variable but I am not sure how I could do that.
Hey all! I have a unique situation. In my CRM, I create documents for my real esate business. We have 4 main documents that I want to send to SignNow- Purchase Agreement, Inbound Deed, Sales Agreement and Outbound Deeds. I’m looking to Zap those documents over to Sign Now. When the documents get sent out of my CRM (Pebble), it is seperate document URLS and it looks like this…in this example I want to send the document that contains “purchase agreement” or the word “Purchase” is fine too. How do I set it up so I can choose the right file URL to send a purchase agreement from my CRMto Sign Now? THANK YOU!!
