I’ve installed the Zapier for Wordpress plugin, added Wordpress to Zapier and tested successfully, created Zaps to do what I need (all tests work well), but as soon as I turn it on and the Zap is triggered, the connection to Wordpress drops and it asks me to reconnect.Help please.
Hi all, I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to connect Zapier to Google Tasks (to send tasks to Todoist).I choose the proper Google account which I use for tasks and get the following message: Zapier could not connect to your account.The app returned "Invalid grant_type:". No connection to the app is formed.Has anyone had this issue and successfully solved it?Note: I use the same google account to connect to Zapier. Not sure if that may be causing issues.Thank you!
Hello, I am new to Zapier - This is probably very simple but I just can’t figure this out yet: I have a zap set up: https://zapier.com/shared/f70287c3a393c53da1ed4583453a91ec274878c0However, all the client registration fields are going into the same row. What is the next step for us to add each piece of information to a separate column? Is there a mapping setting I am missing? Thank you!
I’m trying to add bold text to a task generated in Asana. I’ve read a whole bunch of threads here about using markdown or HTML etc etc, but all the threads I’ve found (which are all a year old or more) state that Zapier does not have an “HTML note” field and therefore cannot generate bold text while creating an Asana task. Hello,In my Zaps I have a bad behavior for the trigger "Updated Lead" for BullhornCRM.As soon as a Lead is updated in Bullhorn, Zapier does not launches my Zaps. But, when a new lead is added, the Zaps are triggered.Furthermore, the Leads retrieved correspond to the last ones that have been added and not to the ones that have been updated. I have the feeling that “Updated Lead” does the same thing as “New Lead”.The following screenshot also makes me think so since it says "Looking for new Leads..." in the second step when I trigger a manual run. Is it possible to have a closer look at this? It completely blocks the entire workflow that has been put in place.
Context:Airtable view has new events appear. → In On24, a new event is created with details from Airtable → On24 event details are pulled back to Airtable. Some of my event date/times had extra characters (“ET” for eastern time) appended on the end. that caused the zaps to error out. I’ve since gone back to fix the Airtable data.Things I’ve tried to get it to work:I tried rerunning the Zaps to no avail. Zapier didn’t repull the data from Airtable to see that I fixed it. I deleted the zap runs to try to get the items to run again, “We couldn’t find any new records”, that didn’t work. I run lead gen campaigns zapping form data to google sheets. I often have multiple leads come in before a zap runs. When the zap runs, that batch of leads is zapped all at once, which is breaking a google sheet add-on I’m using. Is there a way to space out the batch of leads within a single zap instance by 5 seconds or something?

hi all, I am trying to set an integration between monday.com and linkedin to post through a zap on our company profile, I have setup the post itself on monday in a board - each post has its own row and setup a trigger if a status changes, then to trigger the post (so we schedule the posts automatically to go). But I cannot figure out how to tell zapier where to take the content from (the specific columns). Is there anyone who knows how to do it? Here are the pictures of what columns i want to use: Post Content, Preview / URL, picture, title - and the trigger is if column publish changes.. However I do not see those columns as options in the setup - am I doing something wrong? thanks for your help! Kristina
I am looking into creating an integration: when there is a new data in Google Sheet like the one below, it will be added or updated on MailChimp.However, when I am creating a trigger on the Google Sheet, I am confused why it says Spreadsheet Row A, Spreadsheet Row B, and Spreadsheet Row C. Isn’t it supposed to be Row Number? The first row of the Google Sheet is for the information column (First Name, Last Name, etc). Hello, i have exactly the same problem but with my zap for Systeme.io to AWeber. It’s for my newsletter registration. It correclty works in test mode, but when i do a “fake” registration on my optin page on SIO, nothing appear in zap history and nothing appear in new subscriber in AWeber… I tried with trigger “new optin” and “new tag is added” but it’s still the same…
I am receiving an alert by email with big text, and I want to send only part of that text by SMS to a contact list by ClickSend and I would like to know if I am able to extrant only part of the original email to be re send because it is costing a lot if I re send all original message. I have one of my student that uses sharepoint to store their customers files and work within the office. They were happy about what Zapier can do but are hesitant to proceed for this reasons: Workflow within microsoft apps: are they able to take documents from within sharepoints and also store documents through Zapier?workflow originated from another app: suppose a customer sends an attachment via email, will they be able to save the attachment in sharepoints? the problem is they do not see the integration with sharepoints yet so they feel as if sharepoint is an island. workflow from sharepoint to other apps: Adocument is uploaded or modified in sharepoints , can i trigger another app to do something? Anyone can help on these three workflows?
