Google Sheets find rows has a limit of 10 - ideas? Suggestions?

Hi everyone,As the subject says I need to loop through more than 10 rows; any ideas? The source could be anything, doesn’t ave to be Google Sheets. I just need some feedback on what’s the best work around here? The size of this data isn’t terrible - 300 or so rows of simple CSV compliant line items, with few columns, That’s it, Airtable “Find or Create Record(s) (With Line Item Support)” also has a limit of 10?Thank you! BoyanPS. I am ready to accept that Google Sheets is a lost cause as all triggers are limited to 10 or 20 so what would you suggest?

Access to older trigger data (from Ecwid in this case) for development?

I’m using Zapier for automating a variety of transaction types from the Ecwid Ecommerce service.  For each transaction type, I create a ZAP to handle the specific data passed in that type.It is common that I find edge cases in a given transaction type that I need to modify the Zap to handle. Often these cases are trivial to fix and don’t need the original edge case data.  But sometimes these involve significant enough changes to what gets passed that it requires me to actually have that data in the zap editor to create the steps needed.The problem is, I don’t know how to get access to older transactions from Ecwid so I can use that data (that has the edge case) when developing these modifications.The Ecwid app seems only able to fetch the last 4 records in its trigger, so if my edge case is farther back than that, I can’t find any way to load it during zap development.You might say I should just recreate these transactions in Ecwid and grab the data immediately.  But these are actual p

How to create a shopify product with multiple variants?

I see there was an older feature request post about a year ago indicating there was no way to add variants when creating a product using the Shopify connector.  Currently, there is now way to add variants when creating a product but there is a create variant action.  The questions are 1) Are there any Shopify connector examples to create a product with variants? 2) The variant action does not have a way to add values to the variants.  How to add values to variants?

How do I send the new JIRA case link back to Salesforce case that created it?

Our users can click a Send to JIRA button in a Salesforce case to create a JIRA story or bug ticket.  I would like to return the newly created bug/story ticket link back to a field on the Salesforce case.  Is this possible?

Building an after hours autoreply on slack

I am trying to build a solution that will automatically respond to people in all my slack channels if they message after a certain time. Something like, “we’re closed for the day”.  I am thinking I could do a slack trigger of a new message, do a path where the time > 5pm EST, then reply back with a message. If it doesn’t meet that criteria, do nothing. The issue with this is, I would have to do this for every channel and I’d have to burn through many tasks. Is there an easier way to accomplish this? Open to suggestions. Thanks!

Hi everyoneAt my company, we're looking to automize the process of sending a results report to users that answer an evaluation we have created via Google forms, since we do a lot of market research for clients we will definitely be creating new zaps for each research campaign our clients request. Since these forms are quite long, I was wondering if there is any way to just have Zapier copy a new row from one google sheet to another, our process for creating these evaluations is simple.An evaluation and/or survey created via Google forms A Google sheet (which we call a "calculator") that determines values and assigns scores based on each question's answers (in a lot of cases some of these questions are multiple choice, but each choice has different values assigned and are not always numerical, they can be used to categorize the respondent in some cases meaning the value given is qualitative and is dependent on the answers of other questions) A google slide with linked tables and graphs

Month to date stats that runs every day

Hi guys, Need some help. I’m setting up an automation where it pulls up the month-to-date stats of our team and it runs every day at 10am. I had issues on how to get the first day of the month as the output date/time but able to do it. I found a post and someone commented to try using paths for each months. It worked for this month of September, but it doesn’t go through for the other months. Can someone give me detailed steps to achieve my goal? Btw, here’s a sample date/time format we use 2022-09-01T00:00:00-00:00 Thanks so much!

The Firebase transfer allows to create new records in Firestore database.   But, there is no way to update a record.    It only allows to create and update selection on Firebase Realtime Database.Will there be support to not only create but update documents in Firestore Database ?

Right to left body and clocks for html

Hello everyone.I have been using HTML for my email automations, as I want to write in Hebrew- right to left. The basic option of the body for the email does not have this option. The problem is that when using HTML, I can’t add blocks of “user first name” or “date of purchase” etc… So when I have an email sent after purchase, or after course completion, I can’t customize it. So I would A) like to ask for a right-to-left option for simple body of email, and B) Like to know if there is a way to add these “blocks” into HTML. Thanks!!!

I use tags to filter projects and tasks and I would love a solution where upon completion of the project all tags are removed. Is this possible and I’m just not seeing the option?

How to find all line items associated with deal record in HubSpot

Hi,I am trying to find all the line items on a deal record in Hubspot so that I can then add to a sales order in Zoho Inventory.My first challenge: how do I find all of the line items on a deal record? I see the option for looping (https://zapier.com/help/create/other-functions/loop-your-zap-actions) but first, I cannot see how to get all the line items from a deal record. When I look at the fields available for a deal record, I do not see an association with the line items for a deal.As an example, I’ve attached a screenshot of the line items in a test deal in Hubspot.After I find the line items, I believe I can then loop (although I have not yet figured out how to do so).Can anyone help?

Is there an easy way to extract the Custom Fields value from a ClickUp task to be used in a Zap?I have used the trigger “New Task in Clickup”, but it only gives the option of a comma separated value with ALL the custom fields.I just need the email adress from a custom field.I saw the “Create Task” has this functionality now, but this trigger still hasn’t.
