If I am posting data from an ActiveCampaign automation to a webhook endpoint, in Zapier should I use ActiveCampaign’s trigger, “New Automation Webhook in ActiveCampaign” or should I use the Zapier Webhooks trigger, “Catch Hook?” Would there be any functional difference between the two?
I am trying to post from google sheets to Facebook and Twitter using Zapier and Hootsuite. It looks straight forward and I can see Zapier is extracting all the right data from google sheets. I am getting this error for all my Zaps (posting to Facebook or Twitter both). “The message could not be sent to Hootsuite. Attachment has an unsupported mime type” I think that is because the hootsuite app takes in a “Media URL” but the format is “file format” and from what I am reading Zapier changes the URL to a “File”. Then hootsuite rejects the message. Any idea how to change this?
Collecting data on a google form. Need that to generate a doc from a template (ideally google docs), then send a pdf of that doc via email. Constraints: google doc created needs strict permissions (not available to public via url) pdf should not be saved at end of process I’ve setup google doc template, and successfully merged rows from sheets w doc, which creates a doc file that is private. Issues: Cloud print even using same credentials can’t access the doc correctly and “prints” a login screen to pdf rather than the doc convertapi returns “success” without any document payload docmerge looks like it might work but is prohibitively priced If I use the Drive app in zapier to adjust permissions on doc, I can’t change them back to private at end of zap Even if I successfully cloud print the doc to pdf, it saves to root (ok - I can “move” it), and I can’t delete it after emailing it So, any suggestions? Hello, we have submitted a form and files are uploaded on google drive. Now we have added a file sharing in our zap and the zap is successfully triggered and email is also sent with sharing link. Now i m manually triggering the zap from my code using the hook so i want that google drive sharing link in my response So can you please let us know how can i do that as i need to manually send an email with wooocmerce order details + google drive link. Hi there! I’m new to Zapier and am having issues setting up a pretty straightforward Zap from Airtable to Google Sheets. I’m trying to have rows be duplicated for the first time from Airtable into a Google Sheet when the status is updated to “In Transit.” I am then hoping for that same entry to only update the status to “delivered” when I make that update in Airtable. I believe I have figured out the initial Zap from AT to Google Sheet to create the new row. My issue now is triggering the updated status when it’s changed in AT, and not duplicating the entry. I’m tried reviewing this help sheet but still to not avail. Thanks for any and all help/recommendations, Zap community!
I have a task that when new rows are added to spreadsheet it adds into Trello. I have a very light sized sheet with 200+ rows. I ran this and after a few testing rounds have cleared close to 600+ of my task runs. I assumed that each run of this task would count as 1 task run, certainly not 1 task run per each line in the spreadsheet! This seems very limited that I pay $61 per month and those 2000 task runs are used up per row, rather than per task?
When an event occurs (in Kissflow) I want to make a zap which will delete a Google Sheet row that was created before by another zap. It means: I create a Google Sheet row (through a zap) when a payment obligations arrives in my company. And when that payment is complete/paid, I want to trigger a zap to delete the row previously created (payment obligation). Thks for your advise!
Hi everyone! In Zoom, they have a feature where they allow people to register to watch a previously recorded webinars. So I have a registrants report for a recorded webinar. They call this “on demand” recordings in the recordings section. I’d love to use Zapier to integrate this with Hubspot whenever someone registers to watch the recording, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. Any ideas?
Hi there - I'm working with google sheets, creating multiple actions within one zap. My problem is - the initial trigger causes worksheet A to be copied - let's call this worksheet B. What I would like to then do is set further actions against worksheet B. The problem is, at the point of me create the zap, worksheet B does not yet exist. Is there any way to do this? Any thoughts/help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I have a Zap that connects Typeform to Wordpress. In my Typeform form I have a field in which I let users upload a file, ideally image or video, but could be a ZIP too. In my Zap there is a step that uploads this submitted media to Wordpress. In this step I have to specify “filename” and “file”. The “filename” part is the problematic one: If I don’t add an extension to the filename, the Zap will fail with the message: “Fault (code 500) occurred. Message: Could not write file xyz (Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.)” If I add an extension to the filename (e.g. jpg) it will work BUT it will not be the correct filename for a lot of submitted files (causing problems later in Wordpress) Has anybody had a similar problem? Is there a solution? Many thanks in advance!

In short, I need help figuring out the best way to go about handling woocommerce orders that have multiple different products, each requiring a different email sent out to separate suppliers. Alright so my e-commerce website uses woocommerce to sell a number of different products. Right now we have three chemical products that are manufactured and shipped by one supplier, the rest are non-chemical products and are either handled through the drop shipping platform AliExpress, or are shipped by us from our warehouse. Back when I was only selling one product with 4 variations, it was easy to create a basic integration between woocommerce and gmail to send a templated email to my supplier asking for x product with quantity y to be shipped to customer z. Now that I have more products on my site with the possibility for customer orders to contain more than one product, I need a more advanced way for Zapier to parse the products that need to go to my chemical supplier and se
Hi Everybody I have a zap that works between three Trello boards - The trigger is a card moved to a list in a board (than look for another card in another board and finally create a new card in a third board combining data from the first two cards). The zap works perfectly!! The issue is that sometimes it just stops and the only fix is to run the zap in edit mode (go through the find and sent data to load new events) and than all is well, for a while… Anything I need to do? Is this a common issue?

Hi All, I am new to the Zapier world and had a question. I’m currently using Zapier webhook app to pass data in and trigger a new Zapier integration i am implementing. Through process I started to wonder how it is that I can collect responses from my Zapier integrated app back to original requester. In other words, how to pass back response the app making requests to the webhook. For context, I am just finishing up the Oauth 2 Authentication proccess, I have added my triggers and currently implementing the ‘API Configuration’ when this question dawned on me. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Hello! Thank you for your service, it makes life easier! We’ve set up automation where data is sent from Google Calendar to SpreedSheets. Unfortunately, there is an issue when the description of the event from the calendar pulls into a table. Below is a photo of how it looks. Could you please solve the problem so that the text is immediately pulled up without unnecessary characters.
