Hello there,I am searching for a way to push a case from Salesforce “Cases” to Zendesk. Salesforce “Cases” on Account Level: Exampe of Fields of Salesforce “Cases”The integration is only available from zendesk in the other direction. Meaning to push a zen desk ticket into salesforce cases. Why do we need it: Whenever there is an Event that requires a Support/Success agent, our Sales Ececutive wants to create a case in Salesforce and push the issue dircktly to Zendesk, that the responsible agent takes over. In the same time he wants to monitor the status of the ticket in Salesforce. Does anyone has experiences with it? If there there is anyone out there, my second question would be: if it is possible, that a zen desk ticket gets created from salesforce cases, is there a backsync possible from zen to Salesforce? Meaning: once a case has been created in Salesforce. Now I am assuming there is a way that the case is pushed to zen desk. Now when a zendesk agent changes the ticket status to
When using Gmail Reply to Email, the reply only uses the Subject of the Thread ID, but it does not include the previous conversation.How can I set up Reply to Email to include the history as well, so it looks like a normal reply as if it was done in Gmail itself?

I have setup a simple ZAP that when you send an email to XXX.firstname.lastname@example.org it should take the attached file Stocklist.pdf and save it into my OneDrive folder. Currently it generates a text file and puts the name of the attachment inside that text file instead of saving the actual attachment to OneDrive. IT also calls the text file “Stocklist.pd… .txt” I’m not sure where the text part is coming from. I haven’t set the file to be renamed, I have left that part blank. Anyone know what is causing this? I’ve recreated the zap and still can’t get it to work. When I played around with this a few weeks ago it was working fine. I don’t understand what's changed. Any ideas appreciated!
Hello,I’m having trouble with the Test Trigger, I explain myself.When i’m using a zap that is extracting data from Pipedrive, and i’m looking for specific fields that i’ve created on Pipedrive like for instance the “persona”.I added a list of possibility listed between “1 . blablabla” to “9 . blablabla”In the test trigger i found a long string of characters like “dfdfdf565sfwcotphrîhk12qwcxlkjc9” for the custom field and for the value i’ve got a number instead of a short string. I’ve been checking for hours on the community blog and also on Pipedrive but I didn’t find a suitable solution to my issue. If someone already met this king of problem, I would be happy to know the solution. Thank you all and take care of yourself !
Hi I’m looking to sent Stripe invoices from editing in Airtable!I’ve set up a couple zaps thatcreates a Stripe customer from a new row in Airtable via webhook creates an invoice item and sends an invoice to the newly created customer.I’ve successfully created the customer in a LIVE Stripe environment via Airtable, however, when proceeding with the zap step to create the invoice item, the app returns “no such customer”. I don’t know why this is the case, as previous steps have correctly mapped the stripe ID, customer name, etc.Live Stripe keys are being used as well.Anyone have any experience with something similar? Hey everyone, I’ve been using Zapier integrations for a while now and i’ve been really happy with some zaps, while others don’t seem to work like they should be. The biggest problem i’ve been having is some of the zaps don’t trigger like they should. I have everything set up, run a test and the system works perfectly. Although when i turn on this specific zap and allow it to work like it should it doesn’t fire or send any of the information. When i go back in a check on the zap, everything looks ok. If i refresh the customer field to the new customer who should have triggered the zap and git test, all the info gets sent on the spot. Is there a reason why some of my zaps aren’t working automatically but when i go in and test the zap with the new triggered information it works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Hello, if got a little problem…I have created a Zap that synchronizes updated entries in the “Contact module” in Zoho CRM and an account (if the contact is linked to an account) to an app with the name Bexio (an invoicing tool). Everything works fine, except the one thing: If I remove the account in an entry in the “Contacts module” the link to the account won’t be removed in Bexio. In Zapier I have only a dropdown where I can pick an entry in the “Accounts module” in Zoho CRM or choose a custom field, but I cannot define “None” or something like that. Is there a simple way to solve this?
Hi guys, I am wondering if anyone has experienced the following:I am importing woocommerce orders into Zoho Inventory using Zapier. Every field in my Zap is working as it should *except* for my “rate” field. Despite trying the raw sales item price date from Woo (one item was rounded to a figure with more than 2 decimals - 6.98999 and one was 6.99) AND trying to solve the multiple decimal issue by using Zapier Formatter, which yeilds both price fields as clean 6.99, my Zap to Zoho is reading into Zoho as an integer for rate as simply “6”.Obviously, I need prices to show up as 6.99 in the rate field. While this might be a question for a Zoho forum (I’ll head there next!), I wanted to see if anyone here might have experienced anything similar. I'm hoping to do this if possible. So when a new image (jpg) is added to a dropbox folder it creates a new woocommerce product with that image. So if I put 50 image files in the folder it automatically creates 50 products each with its own image Is something like this possible?

I taking my chance and hope someone else encounter the same situation. Context : I am trying to create from scratch a social media analytics base in Airtable. Meaning that I would like to get all available data from Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram as soon I post a message.I would like to retrieve with Zapier (number of followers, number of fans, number of views, likes, etc) for any social media tools I am using. My Issue : I could retrieve few data || When using the trigger “My tweet”, I can access few information but not for example the number of likes or views. The same goes with other social media tools. Question : Did anyone encounter this issue and if so is there a way to retrieve all those datas with Zapier ?Looking forward to any answer :)

I have set up a Zap to pull data into an excel spreadsheet from a Wix enquiry form. This is working for new customers but if the person has sent a previous enquiry, the data doesn’t pull through from wix to excel. I only realised then when I was testing the Zap by adding my own details to the enquiry form, if I added random names and addresses it works perfectly but doesn’t pull anything through with my name and address on the form. Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be fixed?
Hi, I have paid a Starter plan for two months now so that I could create various multi-step zaps. My business is just barely starting and it doesn’t seem wise to me to have this extra cost. I plan on paying my Starter plan again once it’s necessary to use multi-step zaps. Will my multi-step zaps be preserved if I downgrade to a Free plan?
Im making a service where you need a licencse key. I have put all of them in a column called “Keys”. Every time someone fills out the google form it should email them a key. But when I setup the Lookup Spreadsheet row i dont know what to put for lookup value? PS: Im new to Zapier lol

I am struggling with a zap that creates a time entry in Quickbooks Time from every line entered on a Google Sheet. I would like for my admin to collect and log time performed by several people working on a single project. I don’t want to give her access to my Quickbooks account and I can’t add her to my Tsheets account (long story). Has anyone written a zap for this that they are wiling to share. I also use projects in Quickbooks so the time entry would have to link to the correct project
I am trying to extract data from a Booking site using Zapier to populate Deal Information in HubSpot. I can pull the start date and the end date from the Booking site using Zapier. However, I need to convert the start date and end to text fields, so that I can concatenate the data to create the Deal Name to send to HubSpot. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
Today, I paid for monthly upgrade 750 to 1000 tasksand have zero tasks available until my account billing cycle resets on June 14! so I modified to annual upgrade plan and message is that my tasks will be held until June 30th! This is urgent, as it is holding up a site launch scheduled for today (and there are double pending charges on my account for the year!)
HI, For those who uses smartsheet, I know there is an automation where it copys row to antoher sheet if the condition are met. But since I have too many columns that I do not want to copy over, I’ll be using Zapier to copy specific columns if criteria are met. So my question is, does zapier copy over attachment as well when rows are copied? Also, I notice only update row are allow to choose which columns to copy over. Thanks for your help!
In Zoom you have the ability to create groups of policies for different employees. We have 4 different groups that play into this question. Group 1: Sales. 2: IT. 3:Learning and Development. 4: Product Owners. Each of these groups have policies set in Zoom that by default record all meetings. We are wanting to export all of these recordings and dump them in their respective Google Drive folders. From the community post below, I know its mostly available. Trigger: New Recording (Zoom trigger)Action: Find/Create Google Drive Folder (Google Drive Search Action)Action: Upload File (Google Drive Action)Heres the question though. I want to create 4 different Zaps, for these 4 different groups. And I only want to upload Sales recordings and store them in the Sales folder of Google Drive.
