Can you end a path with "do nothing"?

Is it possible to end a path with “do nothing”?  I want a zap to find a file, if it exists, do nothing. If it doesn’t exist, copy a file from another google file (to essentially create it).

I don’t think ”find or create” would work, because I want it copied, not created.

Appreciate any advice.

Yes, you may want to use Filters instead of paths
