We currently use YouCanBook.me for bookings. We have it setup so that any client that books, they are added as a new contact in Textedly. The issue we are having is that because we often have repeat clients, we get the error message “The app returned "A subscriber with same phone for same keyword already exists.". Our Zaps are repeatedly being turned off because of this. We have been told there is no work around to this, so my question is what SMS apps that integrate with Zapier have the ability to select to only add new subscribers or override so that we will not continue to receive error messages? I need to create multiple rows in google sheet in a single hit via zapier.Basically I need how to send request to zapier which can further use that to create multiple rows in google sheet problem I am facing is it is treating request a separate or first row is considered as request. For example, I use array in post to create rows: $new_arr=array();$new_arr['contact']['Name']='test1';$new_arr['contact']['Name']='tst1'; but Zapier take it as two request which allow me to create single row in google sheet.Please help in making proper request or recognizing multiple rows request in zapier.Thanks
Hi I have created a zap from Google Sheets to Google Chat. In it, I am reading any new/updated record. One column contains the email address. I want to send message in Google Chat room, mentioning that email address. The member should get tagged. Not able to do so with text field, tried @Email, but not working. Can you please help with this?
Hi there, What is the best way to handle when the Clearbit "Find Company by Domain" action fails? As shown in the attached image “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true. In the subsequent Python step I use the “[Dummy]” value so that the Python code should never fail because “Cb_company” is empty in the case that Step 4 does not return a company name. However, as shown in the attached image Step 5 and the subsequent steps which are dependent on Step 5 fail because Step 4 fails. I do not think this should be happening since “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true but I wanted to ask the community first before reporting this as a bug to Zapier.
Hello everyone! I’ve been trying to set a zap to trigger the “start and due date” from Smartsheet displaying it as a timeline on Monday.com. Does someone know if that’s even possible? I’ve run some tests with the other columns from Smartsheet, and it worked, just cannot find a way to display the timeline into Monday.com. Could someone assist me with this issue? Hi,We’re a marketing agency working with more than a dozen of clients.For more than 2 years we have our zaps set up where whenever a lead comes in from our Facebook ads using our client’s Facebook page, the details are zapped to a spreadsheet. However, just recently, Zapier changed the current Facebook zaps we have set up to “Legacy”. Whenever we create a new zap, the new Facebook Lead Ads option doesn’t show the Facebook pages of our clients. So we cannot integrate our ads with Zapier. Only the current ones labelled by Zapier as “Legacy” are working, as long as we don’t make any changes to it. We have connected our Facebook business manager to Zapier however all our client’s Facebook pages won’t show up in the zap set up. We are unable to process as an agency by getting the lead info zapped in to a spreadsheet. We have to do things manually in the meantime. Our Zap when it triggers does not recognise any new rows. Error message we get is “We couldn't find any new rows.” Not sure what we’re doing wrong. We’re on the free trial (though have entered CC details) so that might have something to do with it. Would appreciate any support. Generally disappointed Zapier dosen’t provide more support/guidance.

This started me on the journey Microsoft Teams Webinar Registration to Salesforce | Zapier Community What I’m trying to make happen is - User signs up to Teams Webinar using the Teams registration page.email gets sent to Zapier with registrant infoinfo gets parsed (and passed) to Campaign Monitor and added to a subscriber list.So far, using Sharepoint and Flow/Power Automate, I’ve managed to get Teams to send the relevant info (name/emailaddress/subscription etc) in an email body to me, comma separated- it arrives in the format:firstname, lastname, email, company , yes/no (required, one of these will be present) It’s a messy ‘branded’ microsoft flow email so not just the salient user data, a bunch of other MS branding etc mixed in with it.Next step now is how to get that relevant CSV body data out of the email and into something Zapier can send into Campaign Monitor fields. Hi all,Apologies if this has already been answered, I couldn’t find any information though. I’m trying to create a clickup to actionstep zap, however, I’m unable to connect the ActionStep account to the zap. There’s no error message but I’m able to get to the Grant Access screen, I pass 2fa and then when I click Grant Access I get no response.I’ve tried in different browsers, I’ve tried an incognito screen, I’ve given the task to someone else to complete from their PC and we’re all experiencing the same issue. I have sent an email to Zapier requesting assistance but I’m hoping this may be quicker?Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, How did you fix it? Thanks so much!
Hi everyone, I hope this is the correct place to pose this question, and I am generally new to Zapier and its community so any/all help will be greatly appreciated!For some background, I used a Zap template from a YouTube video which functions to send Purchase conversion event data from Shopify to Facebook on an Offline Conversion Event data set. Everything was working perfectly prior to Saturday; all my Zaps were running successfully but all of a sudden on Saturday, I noticed that much of my data, that normally gets sent through Zapier, was MISSING on Facebook.Whereas prior to Saturday, I was getting 100% of my recorded purchase events on Shopify to be sent properly through Zapier to Facebook, I am now only getting roughly 1-5 purchase events to send and populate on Facebook. I actually went on vacation this weekend, so I kid you not when I say I did not touch ANYTHING on Zapier, Shopify, OR Facebook, when everything all of a sudden stopped working. I have a zap that I thought would work but I feel like it’s missing some entries. Basically, I have my company DB. It consists of lots of tables. Order Table, Products Purchased Table, Sales Rep to Order Table.I created a VIEW that would pull from those three tables. This way I have all my data from the different tables in one lineI connected Zapier to the Database and selected the view as the “table”. I did get a few tasks made from this but I feel like it’s missing many. Is there something I’m missing? Is it only grabbing the last line of the view or does Zapier check to see if it already collected the previous line? Should I even being using a View for this?Just trying to get my data into my CRM automatically instead of manually entering.

I am attempting to use Zapier to post information to an existing Trello card from connected apps. For instance, we use Trello as our CRM, and I am able to push generate outbound contracts from Trello to our esign vendor (esignatures.io). I then want to post updates to the customer Trello card if sending the contract failed; the contract is signed; etc.My issue is how to effectively “find” the right Trello card. I am finding that the default (required) field is the Card Name in order to match to the card. I instead want to match the correct card to post to based on other field data in the card (in this case, the telephone number or email address fields which I just pushed out to the esign app via the outbound zap).In sum, I want to know whether (and how) I can find a Trello card to post to using custom field data as opposed to the card name. This would have benefits not only for the esign app, but a variety of other use cases as well.Thank you for any help you can provide!

I want to be able to include photos from the form to be included in the message.Like the photo they uploaded will be sent as well together with the message. It works for single photo, but for multiple photos it came out as a zip file instead of the actual photo of it.

Hi,I use zapier to extract information from my GoCanvas forms and put it into various Excel spreadsheets and Smartsheets to inform dashboards and kpi trackers. I’ve recently added the opportunity to take photos into some of my forms and would like to put the captured images on the spreadsheet row in both excel and smartsheet. In Google sheets you can just use IMAGE(“url”) to render the image, but my Company don’t use Google any more and have moved to Office.Is there a way of doing something similar to get the images rendered in Excel (or Smartsheet) rather than using a url hyperlink? The problem I have is most people won’t bother to look at the hyperlinks if there isn’t at least a thumbnail of the image to view and entice them to click it!I saw a suggestion to use zapier webhooks but unfortunately webhooks don’t seem to work with GoCanvas at present.Thanks for any advice you can give!
Hi there,I’m looking for some pointers on working with Google Sheets, let me outline the scenario..I’m trying to update an attribute in my CRM (Sendinblue) for new contacts. I’m taking these steps:Trigger - new contact created in Sendinblue Get a ‘code’ from a Google Sheet row (through Get many Spreadseat Rows) Update the contact attribute ‘XYZ’ with the code from Google SheetsThis connection seems to be working, however, on the Google Sheets step I’m getting the error ‘app returned “the caller does not have permission”. So it seems to me that Zapier can read the file, but somehow cannot return the information from the Google Sheet...My Google Drive is connected to Zapier and to be sure I’ve set my Google Sheet to Public, but I’m still receiving the error and the attribute is not updating correctly. Do you guys have any suggestions what to do here?
