I have created a Zap that connects Azure Dev Ops tickets with Salesforce. The Zap works every time I test it. However, as soon as I try and turn the Zap On, it will automatically switch to “Off” and I will get an email from Zapier saying “Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help”. I emailed Zapier support and they told me that the error was - "Access Denied: d260bd27-bac2-682b-bed1-4924e4201643 needs the following permission(s) on the resource PublisherSecurity/bece7e8a-c130-42e7-a6c4-d7bed35a6dba to perform this action: Edit Subscription" This probably means I need to edit my subscription/security settings in Azure. However, after looking into this, I am not sure exactly what I need to change. Has anyone run into this issue or have an idea for a fix?
Looking to set up a system where we give our affiliates a Promo Code to use for ticket sales in BrushFire. We need to trigger a Zap from the specific promo codes - to something ( some software, either Stripe or something else ) to pay out a flat fee or percent from the ticket sales to the affiliates. Looking to automate the payout process to the affiliates from the ticket sales through BrushFire. Any suggestions?

Hi ThereNew to Zapier so hope you can help. I have a set up a connection between my business facebook and ometria. I have since seen that my FB ads have acquired 3 additional leads since setting up the connection but they do not appear in Ometria. BEFORE CONNECTION IS SET UPFacebook has 5 leadsOmetria shows 12163 total number of contacts CONNECTION IS THEN SETUP Facebook acquires 4 new leads adding up to a total of 9 leads (IMAGE ONE) but Ometria still only shows 12163 total number of contacts (IMAGE TWO). Also, in the ZAPS History, I'm not seeing any leads. (IMAGE THREE) The Question: What could be the reason for those four new leads not appearing in Ometria? Thank you
Trying to create a zap where the trigger is when a new item is created in a specific board within monday.comThis was working until a few days ago, now with the newest choice of monday.com as the trigger app when trying to configure the first step and test it, the test comes back as “Test Trigger (error) An item could not be found. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” and then future steps can’t be configured as certain columns don’t show up.I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions, reconnected monday, re-made zaps and nothing has helped rectify this issue. My connection is configured correctly. I have other zaps that connect with monday and work but these zaps are triggered by something other than monday.com. I’m only having a problem with any zap that is triggered by something in Monday.com and it’s only been since the introduction of the latest monday.com app connection option. Could someone please help
In had a Zap that used to Trigger when a specific email was moved in to a folder in my Office 365 Email account. Since the Office 365 API update, I don’t seem to be able to fix it and can’t find out how to set the trigger correctly.Essentially when an email was received with certain conditions in my inbox, it would be moved to a specific folder in Outlook. This would then trigger the Zap to send an email.I would really appreciate spam advice on this.ThanksJames
Is it possible to use flexible zaps that trigger when there’s been interaction with any Trello board that begins with a defined string?We have personal trainers, who each have their own Trello board to manage the enquiries we send to them.We have Zaps set up so that whenever we move an ‘enquiry’ card to one of their boards, or whenever those trainers move a card into a new list (eg when the enquiry converts), it sets off a series of automations using the card’s custom fields, to create & update contacts in Active Campaign and contact/enquiry information in Airtable.It works fine - the problem is we need 6 individual zaps for every trainer, and with 16 trainers on the system and counting - it will increasingly become a nightmare if we want to update the zaps to change/improve the automation because we have to change each one individually.is there a way of customising the trigger so it looks at actions that relate to any trainer board? Trainer board names all begin with “PT: …”, eg “
Another question I created a zap with Paypal and Sendinblue, I created on my Sendinblue a “thank you mail” after someone buy a product, but I don’t see any option to implement my mail to the zap, the only option I can see is send transactional mail or add or update a contact.have you any experience to send an automation via zapier after someone pay via Paypal?
I have an gmail html-body which contains a link and will be include into an CRM with the Gmail search function. At the moment this Link is without a target tag, but this should get the target "_blank". Gmail gets this message from Typeform. Unfortunately I can't find a way to add this setting in Typeform. How can I get into the html-body to add this to all automations like this? Thank you for helping me!

I have set up a Zap to pull data into an excel spreadsheet from a Wix enquiry form. This is working for new customers but if the person has sent a previous enquiry, the data doesn’t pull through from wix to excel. I only realised then when I was testing the Zap by adding my own details to the enquiry form, if I added random names and addresses it works perfectly but doesn’t pull anything through with my name and address on the form. Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be fixed?
Currently for time-related values it states it in a format like this: 1626318000 I'd like it in an 12 or 24 hour clock format, possibly with a date. Bonus points if you can attach a name to this time format for me so I at least know what I'm dealing with.
I’m currently trying to map a Yes/No field from Typeform to a checkbox field in Notion. When I manually type in “TRUE”, “true”, “false”, etc. into the field in Zapier it works like a charm, but when I try to fill out the field dynamically with data from Typeform, I get the following error:body failed validation. Fix one: body.properties.Yes/No.title should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.properties.Yes/No.rich_text should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.properties.Yes/No.number should be defined, instead was `undefined`. Has anybody else experienced this as well?
Hello everyone, I'm still very new to Zapier and unfortunately I'm not getting anywhere with one Zap. In a deal in Pipedrive, a link to a typeform is added as soon as the phase is changed. I would like to pass the ID of the deal to Typeform or directly to the next Zap. I think this is possible with the webhooks. Unfortunately, I do not understand them yet. Maybe you have some videos that can help me with this or have a solution for this. Thank you very much!
Hi there -- I am trying to set up a Zap that will do the following:When a user purchases a subscription from us via PayPal, add their phone number to a contact list in SimpleTexting and remove them from an existing contact list in SimpleTexting. For context about how we see this working: A user gives us their phone number for SMS but is not yet a customer. They are in a list called ‘Non-Customer’. However, if they do end up purchasing a subscription from us, we would like their contact info deleted from ‘Non-Customer’ list and added to ‘Customer’ list in Simple Texting.It appears both SimpleTexting and PayPal connections are set up right, but when I run through a test purchase, nothing happens in SimpleTexting.Zap is set up like so: When customer makes a purchase on PayPal, Add them to Customer list in SimpleTexting and Remove them from Non-Customer list in SimpleTexting. Any help would be appreciated as it is not working.
I’m new to Zapier but have set up a trigger for a new card with due date in Trello to create an event (all day) in Google Calendar. When I set it up, one test card successfully set up in GCal.But when I create another Trello card with date due, nothing happens!
I simply get nothing when running the test post.I’ve connected both twitter and discord. The bot is in the server, it’s role is at the top, but still nothing posts.It’s a regular channel, not an announcements, so I’ve already ruled that out.Is it broken or did I do something wrong? UPDATEI’ve also activated the zap and started testing it.First I posted then waited 5 minutes… Nothing…Then I went in and manually ran it. It found the new tweet and stated the posting to the discord channel was successful...nothing…It’s simply not working at all.UPDATE 2IFTTT worked well with no issues so I’ve switched to that.
Hi, I have a problem. When I finish testing the zap (it works right) and I turn it on, when I refresh the page, the zap is off (A mail is sent and says something like "your zap couldn't turn on, try again". I can't find a solution, can you please help me? Thank you so much.
Hello everyone,I am trying to create the following:My workers fill up their timesheet using paperform > a custom PDF file is generated. Using zapier > The custom PDF gets sent to the supervisor of the worker (sent based on location chose by worker) The supervisor will receive an invitation to sign using signnow After the documents are all signed > I want zapier to gather all these PDFs and send them to the accountant in one emailI have managed to build most of it. I am stuck at the 5th step now.Every week its different number amount of workers. So i can’t just tell zapier to gather certain amount of signed documents. That has to be dynamic.So I connected it to google sheets and i filter it using Week ending and date. Now after the supervisor signs the document, zapier is updating the last column and adding Y under the signed.How do I tell zapier now when all week ending 2021.09.26 got Y next to them, you can proceed to next step?I was trying to get this lookupand then use this
I am hoping someone can be of assistance with my inquiry. I have a client using shopify to sell physical products however they use kajabi to sell digital products and remote therapy sessions. They also use kajabi as their CRM and want to merge their customer bases. Essentially if a customer buys on shopify they want to have the customers information stored in kajabi, but not duplicated incase they buy on kajabi as well. We are running into issues since they are not willing to upgrade their zapier beyond the free account. Any input?
