Trying to set up a Zap that automates whenever Dubsado appointment is coming close to send a text through EZ Text. Every time I have attempted the text has sent to a group of contacts rather than an individual reminder. It is also sending right away, regardless of appointment date on the Dubsado contract.

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this? TIA

Good question.

If you have Dubsado connected to GCal, then you can use the below Zap trigger.

Otherwise, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.
