IP Restriction list whitelisting

I have a zap with a custom webhook sending data into a 3rd party platform that requires IP whitelisting. I have found the US-east-1 list however they are not prepared to add 1,000 IPs to their approved callers.

Is there a shortened list that can be used or a possible plugin or workaround to specify a calling IP address?
