I have a zap that pulls sales orders from Zoho CRM. I created 2 custom fields called Taxes and Shipping in the Sales Order | Ordered Items subform. I can create a custom field anywhere else and they show up from the module into Zapier. It seems that Zapier can not pull custom fields from the Ordered Items area. other fields that are system generated do show up. is there a way to get these 2 fields to show up? There is a warning that pops up using the CRM API v2.1 endpoint. Does Zapier use this? please see the screen shots
I’d like to use the “Zap Turned Off” event trigger (under Zapier Manager), but how do I get past what I guess is a user/team issue?My boss and I both create zaps. I have my own login and create zaps in shared folders (that he has shared with me). In the “Set up trigger” box I’ve selected his account (and left the folder and zap fields blank).The problem: it only fires when zaps that I’ve created are turned off. Can this not be changed to trigger when any zaps in the shared folders are turned off? I realise that it gets a bit hairy when considering that I might have private zaps, and he might also, so which then cause the trigger to fire? Are there no team options for this trigger?

Hoping for a little help, I am trying to split some text into line items and it doesn’t seem to be playing the game. The input text will look like “3 2 2”, I am trying to split into line items so I can use the individual numbers at different places of a PDF. Using a normal Text-to-line formatter, on the surface it looks to be working: However when I try to use those line items to output the data into a DocuPilot PDF, it only shows the output as one individual line (3,2,2): Thank you!
I am attempting to take book and video game releases from my google calendar and have them announce in my discord announcements section. I’ve managed to get an announcement to go through but do not know how to get the description (the message posted to discord) to use the event title from google calendar. Each event has “by” as the trigger in google calendar. So I have it like this:Event Starts with my google calendar with events with “by” in the titleThis triggers a message in my announcements on discord 10 minutes before the event begins.In the message text I have “A new book is releasing” and a link to the calendar.I want the message to read as the google event title.How do I set this up?
We have a Microsoft account set up with OneDrive and Microsoft Excel. The goal is we want to email a spreadsheet attachment to our Outlook account and then import the rows of our spreadsheet into a database. The first zap will have Microsoft Outlook as the trigger and new email as the trigger event. Outlook will send the attachment to OneDrive so it can save. Then in a separate Zap have OneDrive trigger on file upload and read all results from the spreadsheet which then uploads the results to a database action step.

I’m trying to set up a Zapier integration where a new item in a database in Notion, triggers a new booking in ResourceGuru.However, I keep getting this error message when i run the test:Failed to create a booking in Resource GuruError from halted execution: The errors [object Object].This is at the final test stage - I can see Zapier is successfully pulling the database item from Notion, but is not able to create the booking. Any ideas?

Is this at all possible?I’ve seen the workaround, that creates an engagement in HubSpot, when a Google Task is created. So I can try a 2 step solution. I am trying to automate a DocuSign request by adding a particular comment on a Trello card, but the intended recipient’s email address is contained in a custom field on the Trello card.It appears as though the DocuSign integration does not recognise any data contained in custom fields on the Trello card, which means it cannot be mapped when creating the zap.Has anyone had any success in automating DocuSign requests via Trello? And if so, where did you store the recipients email address on the Trello card?
Hello all, I am trying to create a Zapier automation for Wordpress. But I am unable to authenticate my Wordpress website. It gives a 404 error on authenticating and asks me to ensure if the Zapier plugin is installed on the Wordpress admin dashboard.The plugin is installed and active and my website is hosted on AWS EC2 sever, with all the necessary permissions. xml-rpc access is also enabled on the site.I do not know how to proceed ahead with the workflow. Please suggest some tips for the same.
I use Aweber and Linktr.ee and am trying to activate the mail sign up feature in Linktr.ee but it only gives you the option to use MailChimp or google sheets. It offers Zapier (which is how I found this app) and I want to know if anyone here is using a zap to link their Aweber mail system to Linktr.ee, and how to do this?
Hi, I'm using Inistate and want to connect with Airtable. The thing is when I do Inistate → Airtable, there's no trigger 'delete’. I want to do if Inistate delete an entry, Airtable would also delete the data but I don't find the delete action. When I do Airtable → Inistate, suddenly the 'delete’ action is available.Can anyone help? Thanks.
Is there a way that only Square Online orders can trigger a task? I have two physical locations in Square as well as square online. When setting up the zap, I can select one of the two physical locations, then the in store transactions (and probably online orders as well) are the trigger. Basically I want to buy a tree at ecologi with every website order, not in store purchases.

I have a course on Thrivecart Learn and would like to add an upsell to it. The problem is that the upsell should be a course on Teachable. Thrivecart tells me that the main product and the upsell in one funnel have to be on the same platform. Someone in their FB group told me that I could set this up using Zapier but I don't know how. Email are being to sent to the parser email addresses and suddenly are all showing bounced?I have checked the email address and even altered the email address to see if it would be received by zapier email parser.Emails continue to show bounced.This appears to be for random email parser addresses as the same sending CRM account is able to send emails to a different email parser account address.
Hello, I am wondering if anyone has been able to get a File from a Sharepoint library. I am attempting to use ConvertAPI to convert a specific tab of an Excel document to a PDF so it can be attached to an email. This works wonderfully for items saved in a users Onedrive, as Zapier has no problem finding the file and feeding it to ConvertAPI. However, some of the files I want to get screenshots of only exist in a Sharepoint library. I have tried creating linked folders of the Sharepoint directory into a users Onedrive, however, it seems Zapier cannot locate these the same way as regular folders. I have also tried to use a Get Screenshot step, however, I have not been successful in creating a public URL that will direct to a specific tab of the Excel document. This may be another method of accomplishing this, but I have not been able to get it working. If anyone has any idea at a solution, that would be wonderful.
