Hi, in our Salesforce we have certain field like “Next Steps” that will be posted in the “Opportunity Field History” each time I change the content of this field. I would like to use zapier to grab the comment in trello and replace the “Field: Next Steps » value” with the value of the new entered comment in Trello. I can grab the content in trello BUT i dont really understand or finde the right action with the Salesforce App to Update or replace the field value of the Field “Next Steps”. Any suggestion?
I’m trying to import data from an email message received in gmail. I’ve used the zapier formatter → split text option to get different items but I’m stuck with the following data string: Naam: samplename ,E-mailadres: sampleemail ,Telefoon nr: samplephone ,Datum: 22 juli 2020 ,Start: 13:00 ,Eind: 17:00 ,Duur: 4 uur (240 min) ,Boot type: boatname ,Betalings methode: ideal ,Bedrag: €&nbsp;140,00 , Borg: &euro;&nbsp;150,00 ,Totaal: &euro;&nbsp;290,00 ,Boeking ID: samplebooking ,Activatie code: sampleactivationcode I’d like to import the data after each “:”, so I don’t want the name of the data in the sheet since that would mess up the google sheets document. For most data a simple “:” as seperator would do the trick but for example the time info already has a colon in it’s data. How would you format the zap for it not to use too many steps with formatting.
Hey I have a form on my website (webflow) which has selectable checkboxes stating which service viewers are interested in. I need these checkboxes to appropriately convert into our CRM (Agile) which has a custom multi checkbox field within a contact. I am struggling to get the inputs from A to B. Any help would be great
Hey all. I am trying to automate some content to my Circle community. So I have the following Zap set up: When there is a new record in Airtable, I create a topic in Circle. It works great, it’s just I have a table with a whole bunch of rows/content already that I want to transfer over. (There is no csv upload feature in circle) and I want to transfer over everything and then have the Zap continue to work when new records are added. I tried running it manually but of course, no new records are found. It only transfered one new record which was the test one. How do I get it to recongise all of the records and Zap the lot? Hi, I meet an issue with Google docs Append text to document. What I’m trying to do : Zap 1 : Each week a document is created (easy) Zap 2 : Each time a client sends a form (with Airtable), I want to copy the questions he asks to the document created in previous step (supposed to be easy). I use Find document => The document is found Then Append text to document found => Test is successful for Zapier I go to the document to check if my text has been added. Nothing I’m sure that the document I append the text to is the good one (there is only this one in the folder). I also tried to select the document manually (without the find document step) but same result. What’s even stranger is that Google docs says that a change have been made a few seconds ago but the text doesn’t appear. (I even checked if the text was white and so invisible on the doc ) Have you ever met this issue? Thanks for your insights.
Hey guys, thanks for Tweeting me the other day! I am working on automating my CMS in webflow and have tried various options over the last few days using Zapier. One collection item for example, is pulling in articles from various sources. I was originally trying this with web scrapers but they are a bit too buggy for my liking and require a lot of quality control. So now I am trying RSS, like it’s 2006. I have tried getting articles from Feedly via Zapier - that Zap works but only partly - it doesn’t pull in the full article, only a few sentences followed by an elipsis and a link to the ‘full article first appeared on ***.com’ (perhaps a copyright kind of feature - I will of course be crediting them though). At the moment my best option has been getting Feedly to send html files of the documents to Dropbox, then getting Zapier to put them into Webflow, however even with the formatting Zap I am unable to pull the specific fields desired, as per a normal blog ie. Main image and thumbn

I am currently using the Onedrive app in Zapier. Inside this I am using “Find or Create Folder in OneDrive”. In which I am having this search for a specific folder name and if it is not found then to create a folder with this specific name. However, what is happening, is this app is finding a folder that has a similar name and then believing that is the folder that I am looking for. Is there a way for the app to find the exact folder name, in the wright order etc, rather then a folder that is similar in name?
Hi, Here’s what I’m trying to do: A client schedules in Acuity and a Zap creates a unique meeting in ZOOM (I have this working.) The next step I need to cover is when someone changes their appointment. Ideally, they would keep the same zoom link, but the meeting date in ZOOM would change. So the trigger would be ‘changed appointment’ in acuity would action a changed meeting in ZOOM. Ideas on how to do this? would I add something to the current Zap? Create a separate Zap? Hi there, I have an app which I would like to integrate with Zoho Campaigns and I hope that this works with Zapier, maybe you can help me answer the question IF and maybe also HOW that works; The app called pretix (https://www.pretix.eu) creates orders to events and people should get the option to subscribe to our newsletter. pretix offers webhooks to notify when a new order is placed but delivers only the order code with the hook. It also offers a REST API with all the stuff you can expect from an API including access to all order details. What I’d like to do is pretix to trigger Zapier via Webhook to extract data via REST API from pretix and push these data into Zoho Campaigns. Hello, I have created a shortish form in Survey Monkey, and now I am using Zapier to send myself (and a colleague) an e-mail by Office 365 Outlook with all the fields of the Survey Monkey form to ourselves (through BCC), but with all the answers in the e-mail, so we don’t have to go into Survey Monkey constantly to get the answers. One of the fields is an attachment upload field (for uploading an image), but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get the image into the e-mail. I have used the HTML setting, but I can’t find the field to use into the <img src="??????"/> coding. Is there any advice someone can give, because I really don’t know to do. What’s up everyone! I am taking a boring physical application and turning it into a survey through Typeform; but I also want the answers of the survey to go onto the designated spots of the application for recordkeeping sake. Is there a way I can take the answers and insert them onto a physical document? Can I scan a document into zapier or some sorts and have the answers go onto the PDF version of It?? Anything would be appreciated!

I have set up a Zap to integrate Zoom new registrants for our webinar into our email host and it works great however, I would like to be able to add additional zaps for if there are attendees or no-shows from the Zoom webinar. I would like to add these as a zap to integrate with our email host as well as the registrants. I have looked in the trigger options and do not see either of those as an option for the zap. Is there somewhere else that these can be accessed?

Hello! I am trying to setup a 3 step zap to automate the sending process of invoices based on information that entered in a DocuSign envelope. During the last step of my zap, I get an error that says “A business validation error has occurred while processing your request” I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I’ve attached a screenshot of my Zap. I have selected the Customer ID, which is identified in step 2 “Find or Create a customer” but it seems that I’m missing something. Any tip would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
I’m having trouble creating the action I want with Zapier and am hopeful that someone else has done this. The goal is to book an appointment in Acuity with data from the Facebook lead ad data. The challenge is that the free demo appointments only available in Acuity scheduling at certain days and times. Facebook lead ads do not allow me to specify those select times. It only offers a broad range. Is there any work-around for this. I don’t mind putting another app in the mix if it get the job done.
I am trying to create a simple sales receipt in Quickbooks based on when an order is either created or paid for. I have the Woocommerce part working but no matter how simple I make the QB receipt data I get error messages. Mostly "A business validation error has occurred while processing your request" Can anyone point me to a guide of what woocommerce data goes where? I dont need to capture client name and details in QB just need to show Total Amount Order ID Products purchased (per line) and quantity of each The VAT Just something simple to match the income to a receipt. I have created a zap to create asana tasks from new rows in Excel. When running the test my custom fields in Asana remain blank however I have made sure they are selected when I customized the task. All fields in excel have been changed to either a TEXT or NUMBER format to match the same format as the custom field. Note: some custom fields have a drop down with the correct selection displayed in the Excel cell.
