Don’t know if its possible but what I am trying to do is make a chain that will see when a new discord message is sent in a channel with specific text then send the User who sent it and the date it was sent into a google doc then populate that date into a specified cell in a roster document based on the User name and only update that persons last time they sent a message.Example: A Discord Message:Dave: Hifirst google docUsername Date Message SentDave 6/29/2022 <------------------------- | Move this date to second google docSecond Google Doc | based on the user name.Username Blah Blah Date |Dave 6/29/2022 <--------------Sally 6/14/2022
Hey guys,I am trying to automatically transfer a few pieces of information from a new Magento order to a google spreadsheet. But when I want to select "payment information" (example: moneytransfer, paypal, credit card...), which is shown in Magento orders, but I can't find it as an option in Zapier when selecting which fields/elements I want to transfer to a new spreadsheet row.I hope someone can help me. I’ve created a Zap that will create a Jira ticket every time a new Zendesk ticket is created - this works fine. However, I need my Zap to also LINK the Jira ticket that was created to the Zendesk ticket it was created from via the Zendesk- Jira integration in Zendesk. In the screenshot below, I’d like for the Jira ticket that was created in my Zap to appear linked in the Apps section in the Zendesk ticket. Is this possible to configure my Zap to do this?
How do I copy all the information from the Shopify order to create a new invoice within QuickBooks Online?
Hello everyone, We have had issues with other apps regarding the name/number given to invoices created using shopify→ QuickBooks applications. Is it possible to automate the following upon fulfillment of a shopify order? Create a new invoice within QuickBooks (this is an important first step, because we want the invoice # to be the next in the existing sequence) Copy the rest of the information from the Shopify order (including data from custom fields/metafields) And finally, would this be possible with a single multi-step Zap? I am not familiar with the Zapier system, and hopefully this is possible without requiring a large number of Zaps per order. Thank you!
Hello Community, I have an existing Zap that looks like this: Zap IllustrationIn a scheduled basis, it sends an email to remind people (column email) to fill up a column1 and column2 if they are blank. Pretty simple if you think about it. However, I would like to avoid sending duplicate email if the person responsible (email column) appear more than once in the row. In this example, I don’t want xyz to have 3 emails of the same topic. I just want to nudge the person to go in and fill those column up. How can I accomplish this? In the similar case, I also have another zap that triggers when a new row is created, doing the same thing (Email the person) to fill the field. Same case, I don’t want zapier to send dup emails. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,In my zap, I have a email parser trigger (ok), then a filter (ok), then a “Create Document from Template in Google Docs” action. In that last action, I setstep 2 : create document from template ; OK step 3 : Google doc account : I can select it : OK step 4 : I configure “Folder for new Document” and go into the folder which contains my template files, and then, I click into “Folder for new Document” : nothing is displayed. It does not show any file here. I can’t understand why because that already worked before, and :I checked the connexion of the Google Doc app : it is ok. I tried to reconnect it, without luck. I checked the sharing permissions on the folder I want to use in my Zap at step 4 : my Google account is the owner and sharing settings are set on “everybody with the link can EDIT” so It’s the largest permissions that I can set on that folder. My template files are Google Doc files, in that folder, and I can see them, edit them. I even tried to login with Firefox or Saf
Hi all. I have a zap where it insert the row to the sheets whenever there is form submission. However, I would like to create another zap to retrieve all the data of the row in the sheets.The trigger action is row inserted in sheets, then send email. But when I test trigger, it shows only the row and ID, no other data anymore. The reason for having two separate zap is because I have some columns in the sheets that set the value through the formula. Is there any suggestion or solution for this?
Hi there.We are currently using Pipedrive as our new CRM system, and have created a custom field called “gross profit” which should be a calculation of.Gross profit = Net profit - cost of products.When connecting pipedrive and Zapier i am able to retrieve the Deal Summary (total price) of a deal. And i am also able to retrieve the cost of the associated products. For example 1000,1000,5000,300Those values should be used for making a calculations:1000 + 1000 + 5000 + 300 = 7300. And after that i can make the Gross Profit calculation:Gross profit = Net profit (Summary / total price) - the calculation.But i am having trouble on how to take the numbers, and divide them and thereby making the calculations.Can someone help on this issue?
Hi,I am trying to connection Zapier to mySQL instance of Google Cloud Platform.I have added the IP of Zapier to my instance connection, as I did with my private Ip (which worked fine). I get the following error: Timeout connection to IPADDRESS:PORT. Try opening up any firewalls and ensure your device is listening on port XX. I am not sure what I am doing wrong as I took the steps on Google Cloud side. I feel like I might not be taken the username in the right place, but it does say root on my account. I have a zap that pulls sales orders from Zoho CRM. I created 2 custom fields called Taxes and Shipping in the Sales Order | Ordered Items subform. I can create a custom field anywhere else and they show up from the module into Zapier. It seems that Zapier can not pull custom fields from the Ordered Items area. other fields that are system generated do show up. is there a way to get these 2 fields to show up? There is a warning that pops up using the CRM API v2.1 endpoint. Does Zapier use this? please see the screen shots
I’d like to use the “Zap Turned Off” event trigger (under Zapier Manager), but how do I get past what I guess is a user/team issue?My boss and I both create zaps. I have my own login and create zaps in shared folders (that he has shared with me). In the “Set up trigger” box I’ve selected his account (and left the folder and zap fields blank).The problem: it only fires when zaps that I’ve created are turned off. Can this not be changed to trigger when any zaps in the shared folders are turned off? I realise that it gets a bit hairy when considering that I might have private zaps, and he might also, so which then cause the trigger to fire? Are there no team options for this trigger?

Hoping for a little help, I am trying to split some text into line items and it doesn’t seem to be playing the game. The input text will look like “3 2 2”, I am trying to split into line items so I can use the individual numbers at different places of a PDF. Using a normal Text-to-line formatter, on the surface it looks to be working: However when I try to use those line items to output the data into a DocuPilot PDF, it only shows the output as one individual line (3,2,2): Thank you!
I am attempting to take book and video game releases from my google calendar and have them announce in my discord announcements section. I’ve managed to get an announcement to go through but do not know how to get the description (the message posted to discord) to use the event title from google calendar. Each event has “by” as the trigger in google calendar. So I have it like this:Event Starts with my google calendar with events with “by” in the titleThis triggers a message in my announcements on discord 10 minutes before the event begins.In the message text I have “A new book is releasing” and a link to the calendar.I want the message to read as the google event title.How do I set this up?
We have a Microsoft account set up with OneDrive and Microsoft Excel. The goal is we want to email a spreadsheet attachment to our Outlook account and then import the rows of our spreadsheet into a database. The first zap will have Microsoft Outlook as the trigger and new email as the trigger event. Outlook will send the attachment to OneDrive so it can save. Then in a separate Zap have OneDrive trigger on file upload and read all results from the spreadsheet which then uploads the results to a database action step.

I’m trying to set up a Zapier integration where a new item in a database in Notion, triggers a new booking in ResourceGuru.However, I keep getting this error message when i run the test:Failed to create a booking in Resource GuruError from halted execution: The errors [object Object].This is at the final test stage - I can see Zapier is successfully pulling the database item from Notion, but is not able to create the booking. Any ideas?
