I would be interested in a solution for this also. But rather than a ZD ticket I would like to use a slack message , but again the issue is using the Zapier table as the tool/file for the ChatGPT Assistant step. 

I have this working so far as follows : 

  • New Slack Message posted
  • ChatGPT Assistant with .csv file/tool checks for answer 
  • Sends message back to message thread in Slack.

The updated flow would be the initial slack message is added to Zapier table with all previous content which is then queried for future questions.

Any help appreicated.

Hmm, perhaps you could categorize all the records in the table and have another ChatGPT action set up to just pick the most relevant category based on the question that was asked in Slack. Then a Find Records (Zapier Tables) action could be used to retrieve all the records with that specific category. Then the information from the records that were found could then be passed to the ChatGPT assistant to determine the answer that needs to be sent to the Slack thread.

Do you think that sort of approach could work?
