Hi All,I am trying to integrate Typeform to our Zoho CRM. We use Typeform to capture Leads on our website, which has a series of qualifying questions, some open text, others in multi-select and picklist format. All the fields also are on our Leads module in Zoho. We want to create a new lead with each TF submission (note: Typeform’s direct integration doesn’t work). However, I am getting totally stuck in the UI for mapping these fields.I created a Loom (below) to show my screen and talk through my confusion points, if anyone has a couple of minutes to view and give any insight, I’d greatly appreciate it! Hi all, This is probably quite a basic question but I just can’t seem to work it out...Last week I successfully set up a zap to ad a row to my Excel file for every new Shopify order. So far this has been working like a charm. However, it would be even better to add a row for every product purchased. This made me wonder if it would be possible to set up the following:For every product purchased within every new Shopify order a new row should be added to my excel file.At first it seemed like I should just duplicate the zap and change the value for the product column. But then how do I make sure the amount of rows added matches the amount of products purchased?This would probably require some sort of for-loop, but how should I set that up within Zapier?Any help would be appreciated!
Hi thereI am new to Zapier and just creating my first project. I have searched the forum for an answer with no success so forgive me if this is very basic stuff.I am already successfully retrieving data from a FastField form and inserting it into a customers existing Excel file. The data is then stored in the Excel file against a prefined job no which already exists in column A. Is there a method of inserting the retrieved data whilst leaving the job number in column A?So in summary, I would like to add data from FastField into cells B2, C2, D2 & E2 whilst leaving the Job number in Column A. The next record received would then be stored in B3, C3, D3 & E3 etc.Many thanks.
Hello.How can I send emails via Outlook to a list of recipients without having to enter each email individually in the ‘To Email(s)’ box?I have tried comma’s, semicolons, quotation marks, double and single, with and without spaces, etc. For example:“email1”,”email2”email1, email2None of it works. It would save me sooooo much time if I can send it to a list of people. Any ideas? Thank you!Roelie
A museum is thinking about using zapier to sync woocommerce with Quickbooks Point of Sale and/or Quickbooks Desktop. I don’t see any conversations about that particular combination. Is anyone out there using that type of system?
I am using a row lookup so I can update a specific row. The looup actually finds/retrieves the row just fine. It’s when I go to update the row based on the Row ID it falls apart.There is NO ID field that shows up for me to select. There are two Row fields that show up in the same list which is weird too.Why is the ID field not showing up for me to select so I can update the row I just looked up?
Hi Guys,we are currently using Digistore24 as an online payment solution and Hubspot as our Sales CRM. I now want to update our deals in hubspot, whenever a purchase / payback is registered in digistore24. This should be the Zap:Now the problem:Whenever i want to Set up the action the field “object ID” is required to be filled in. But i dont want to change this value, cause its a unique ID already given by hubspot refferring the deal. I only want to update the deal regarding the amount......and the mail. Because i guess thats how the correct deal gets identified in first placeCan someone help me? Thanks in advance :)Mathieu
Hi there,I am having some issues and I don’t know if anyone is able to help me? I’m a complete beginner at this and trying to get my heard around the system. I am trying to use a Webhook to capture information from our CRM system so that when a particular trigger fires it can use the information in the CRM to set up the client in PTD which is an app I can add on Zapier. However, I am getting an error message as below when trying to test the trigger. Below is the system I am adding the webhook into; Any help with this would be great. We have all client information in our CRM so when a lead becomes a client I would like there information to automatically transfer to PTD. Is this possible or am I trying to do something completely impossible? thanks,
I am sent a weekly pace report via Gmail as an xlsx attachment. I need to be able to extract some of the values from this sheet to plug into a separate Google Sheet. I have several Zaps that do this successfully, by first uploading the xlsx file to Google Drive, and then in the next step turning that file into a Google Sheet.However, this particular attachment contains formulas that reference a sheet on the sender’s desktop - the formulas are useless to me. When I open these attachments in Excel, it gives me the option to only import values as opposed to formulas. But in my Zap the file is automatically uploaded to Google Drive with the formulas intact. Is there any workaround for this?
Zoom only offers Paypal integration. Most people don’t know how to use PayPal for credit cards and Paypal makes it REALLY hard to do so.I want to set up a Zapier for payment as an option with Zoom webinars (paid product). I don't see those options appear in the Zapier triggers (it references Zoom meetings, not webinars through Zoom) and I am new to Zapier! Any support is welcome. Thank you!
My team and I are curious about trying to sort out a problem related to creating new rows on Sheets through Pipefy.It happens that when the trigger “Move a card (Pipefy) → Create a new row (Sheets)” is set, Zapier creates new rows for every card moved. What I mean is that it doesn’t just fill the blank spaces with information, but rather creates new rows (wich means new content) all the time.The problem itself shows whenever you try to set links and references between a new second sheet and contents within the sheet that data from Zapier are put, and this is causing me tremendous problems.Would anyone know if (and how) it is possible to create reliable references to the sheets data from Zapier is put? More specifically, considering Zapier adds new rows, every reference would change to be one cell below what used to be, and this is the major (but not only) problem I am dealing with.Thanks in advance!
Under Set up action, Event Info there is a large form. When I click in to a field I get I seem to have to choose one of them but it completly puzzles me what, where, when. Searching the community and google didn’t help me either. If somebody could enlighten me, I’ll be for ever grateful!X
I am trying to make a Zap that creates a record in Airtable every time a deal enters a stage.I would like to populate an Airtable Database with things like the Contact associated with the deal and the Company associated with the deal. Correct me if I'm wrong but in order to find the associated info, I need to use a find function (2). I am struggling with searching for the data. For example, if I am trying to populate the Airtable with the Deal's Contact name then do I set up a Find Contact action, and search property name; First Name - but what should be the property value that is returned? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP <3
Hey everyone,Total Zapier newbie here so apologies if this has already been answered (I’ve checked!).I sell training through Stripe and have 3 courses listed in my Stripe account as digital products. I’d like to use Zapier to trigger a confirmation email with a link to the course to be sent from Gmail when a specific course has been purchased (this is a temporary fix while we move to a video host which handles all of this) .It looks like I can trigger based on a new invoice which doesn’t differentiate between the courses. I’d like to send a different email depending on which of the 3 courses has been purchased. Anyone know if that’s possible?Thanks a mill in advance :DD.
Hello- We use Unbounce for our landing pages, and it’s pushing a field called “Variant” that I can see in the Zap. Problem is when I go to map to our new custom text field it’s not showing as an option. Not sure what’s going on here. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
Hi I’d really appreciate someone’s help with this. I have added contacts from Stripe to Active Campaign, and they automatically update. However, I’d like the contacts to be segmented into lists, or groups on Active Campaign based not the product they subscribe to on Stripe. I have Zapier, I can’t seem to create a Zap to do this, so I am looking for some advice? Is anyone able to help me with this? ThanksHayley
Good day folks! I’m new to Zapier and Airtable, so I’m sure there’s an exceptionally simple answer that I’ve just not been able to find by searching. I’m using a zap to automatically add Google Calendar entries into Airtable. It works great. The two triggers are “new Calendar entry made” and “Calendar Entry updated”. The problem is, if the Google Calendar entry is re-scheduled from one date to another, I end up with two entries in Airtable. Since some of us here will only be using Airtable, that’s going to cause some dreadful issues, because we’ll have two due dates for certain projects showing in Airtable, and one of those entries will be old news. How can I avoid this? Thanks!Matt

Hi Community, I have a question regarding Capsule CRM and Zapier posibilities. I have a google form where input will be added to CapsuleCRM. But some organisations I work with have one email address used by the whole team (but different first and last names in google form). So now, Zapier only checks on email in my case (most safe usually). How to overcome that a new contact with same email address will not be seen as an already existing contact?I have attached the action. Hope some of you recognize my issue!
