I love the new folder functionality in Zapier (especially the nesting folders 😍), but I’ve run into a bit of a conundrum.A folder created by a user no longer associated with the account cannot be deleted. Even the sys admin of our team account cannot remove it, even though the folder is empty. Please allow for these folders to be deleted so we can keep a clean folder structure.
Hello,I am looking for a solution so that the VAT number appears on invoices in Quaderno. The tools I use:- Thrive Cart (online payment)- Stripe (linked to Thrive Cart)- Quaderno (for multi-country invoice management, linked to Stripe) When I sell a product online, the purchase is made on Thrive Cart. Customers can enter their VAT number but it is not sent to Stripe and does not appear on Quaderno invoices. Stripe and Thrive Cart support tell me to set up a Zap but I don't know how to go about it. > Have you encountered this situation before?> How can I do to avoid 2 invoices from being generated? I want my invoice Google sheet to automatically see if the reciept is in my Drive folder. I want to create a column with the filename (or regex).I want Zapier to compare that column with files in a drive folder then give a tick in that row if it is there. If Zapier can do this, it will save me hoursx10.
I am trying to create a zap to add a record to spreadsheet in my OneDrive. I am able to successfully connect to both Device Magic and my OneDrive account. I am however not able to go past that step. Storage Source is locked to OneDrive. (Attachment-1) But I am unable to set the root folder and spreadsheet. When I go to folder, it defaults to Custom. (Attachment-2) Selecting folder is giving a search window but not listing the folders (Attachment-4). Expanding the list on Custom is listing all the columns received in the test (Attachment-3). I am lost on this and need help getting past this step.
It doesn’t matter how o what email I setup for search, the “Find a Member in Ghost” action always returns “No data available”I’ve tried searching for emails having “free”, “subscribed”, “comped”, statuses and also defining the email search field manually, and with data from other steps.Any idea on how to get valid data in return?¿Or simply how do I get the “member id” belonging to an email in Ghost?Thanks
So I just realized that Zap run in parallel rather than sequentially. I tried Delay after Queue, however, this doesn’t seem to guarantee that steps run one after another especially since I am using Storage by Zapier to share data between steps. Is there any way to set this up or is this not possible with Zapier?
Hi! I have a zap setup to send submitted JSON data from a webhook to Google Sheets and am trying to get it to include the ISO timestamp for the SYSTEMCOLUMN_SubmitTime field.The issue is that it keeps converting the timestamp like 2022-11-01T19:21:25.0946694Z to something like 2022-11-01 15:21:25 before it inserts into the sheet which drops the milliseconds.How can I set it to just insert the ISO time?
I’ve got a new process I’m working on to automate invoice creation. A report is created bi-weekly with payments that have been deposited into the bank. I have the customer name, amount, and a QBO class that needs to be used.I’ve created a form where the report is submitted through Airtable with a CSV file that has all the data in it. The date of the deposit is added on the form. What I’m trying to do is take the data in the CSV file (name, class, amount) and have it create an invoice in QBO for each line item. Hi,We have an existing Zap that is triggered when a Gravity Form submission is sent. We also generate a PDF with each GF submission.We then test to see if a folder exists in Google Drive, and if not we create a folder and the upload the PDFs to that. In this case a course ID and name.So far so good.We’re now trying to take data from the same GF form submissions to populate a Google Sheet in the same folder created in the previous steps. So we need to test to see if the Sheet already exists, if not, create it in the new folder. We will use data from the GF forms to check the sheet exists or to create the sheet if it doesn’t.We would then add rows to that Sheet in subsequent steps.Is it possible to do this i.e. test to see the sheet exists in the folder and if not create it there?ThanksPhil
I would like to assign a sequential number to new Mailchimp subscribers, and was told this is possible through native Zapier apps, but am unable to find out exactly how to do this through the knowledge base and support topics. New subscriber > assign sequential number (ex: 5000, 5001, 5002, etc) to merge field This merge field will be used as a “reservation” number for further Typeform integrations and follow up correspondence. Any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
Hey guys, I’m fairly new to Zapier, and I am trying to use Zapier to send an outbound email when a Google Sheets checkbox is ticked.I tried the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row...” trigger and selected the column of the checkbox. I tried adding a filter so the zap only triggers on the checkbox row, but I still can’t get the zap to work.I think primarily, the filter step is not working because I am selecting the wrong filters. Any tips on what to select in the second drop down?
I am trying to send a file attachment from Jira to an internal API using Zapier webhooks. My trigger is set up as “New Issue In Jira Software Cloud”. My action is set as “POST in Webhooks By Zapier”. I set the Payload Type to “form”, but I don’t have any form data besides the file attachment to send. In the “File” field, I set the value as “1. Fields Attachment”. I think this is what I need, but have not found any supporting documentation.The problem comes from the tooltip for the File field: “A file object to be attached to the request. Trigger Phrase Spoken in Amazon Alexa - gets green tickAlexa app chosenTrigger Phrase Spoken Three phrases2. Hello! It seems pretty straight forward however I only have the ability to trigger from Trello using a set amount of time before a card is due… is there a way to create a trigger off the fact that a due date is added? If so is there a way to check that there is also a start date on the card to ensure the accurate data is there to create the event?Ultimately I want to use this to schedule tasks in Trello that populate out to technicians as events. I can get it to work beautifully when testing but the trigger itself doesn’t execute properly (instantly when dates added). Thanks!

Hi, I have the following Zap User subscribes to email list Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 1 Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 2These Google Sheets are communicating with each other through =IMPORTRANGE, which is fine, but as soon as a copy is made, the files require to be given access again to communicate with eachother. Since we want this all to be automatic we are wondering if this above part is also possible with Zapier. Sheet 1 is the Sheet which is shared with the new email list subscriber.Sheet 2 is the “backend”. Here are all the secret formula’s, which help the user get to a certain answer on Sheet1 without revealing the formulas.
