HI,I have a JOTFORM with lots of leads coming in. In the form, the customer enters their address incl ZIP code.I have a Google Sheet File with Sales Persons per ZIP Code.I want the JOTFORM to look-up the Sales Person in the Google Sheet file.Does someone have a solution to this topic?Thanks

I need an alternative and wanted to ask if any of you have something else you use now with zapier?I don’t have a Chromebook or box so can’t do a work around that iv’e seen mentioned. Can we get zapier to email a file to a printer with another software?
Hi Team, Working with a client in which I built a Zap that contains multiple steps and API calls. Recently there were some fails due to an API limit on the pricing plan they selected. The pricing plan was changed and their API limits were removed. However, I need to rerun a few steps before the failed step. Not necessarily the trigger but after the trigger. Any suggested workaround? Thanks again for the support!
Hi, I am connecting my CRM (Active Campaign) to a learning management system (FreshLMS.) Whenever there is a contact added to a CRM list I want them to be added to the LMS and signed up for a class. I have a ZAP that goes -Whenever a contact subscribes to the CRM list-The contact is created in the LMS-The new contact is assigned to a specific course in the LMSthe issue is that when the contact already exists in the LMS it errors out with a “Error parsing response. We got: "email@example.com This email address already exist"(4 errors)”I get why it’s happening, tho how should I structure the zap so it doesn’t error out and successfully subscribes them to the course? Hi everyone, I’m new to Zapier and have spent a fair amount of time trying to work this out to no avail. I’m not very technically savvy, so if someone could break this down simply for me, that would be incredibly appreciated.I am converting emails to a new document on Basecamp.I have everything set, except the attachment comes out as a very long string of text: I would like to format the attachment in the clearest way possible, ideally by replacing it with just the original file’s name. I have tried using the formatter, but I’m not entirely sure what tool to use and the changes I have experimented with so far don’t seem to change it - although maybe I am doing this wrong! Thank you,
Hey folks,I’m having some trouble setting up a Zap to automatically add a specific attendee every time a new Calendly invitation gets recorded in my Google Calendar.My desired outcome is given below:Every time someone schedules a meeting through through my Calendly link, I receive an email about the scheduling + a calendar invite is added automatically. When (1) happens, I want another person to be automatically added as an attendee to the invite received in (1). So here’s the problem I’m facing. Hello,I have a jotform which outputs to a google sheet, this google sheet is the trigger for my Zapier which writes the information to my Firebase Real Time Database. So far so good. The jotform has an audio upload element that ends up in the google sheet as a direct download link. I need this audio file to end up in my firebase storage system and for the realtime database to point to its path to complete my automation. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. HiJust been told that one of our zaps isn't sending attachments from Airtable to ZendeskThe zap works without any failures but when I checked it (someone else created it), it had in the “set up action section two partsEnquiry This is a test ..airtable form Attachment[[thumbnail]] - this had a little cog next to itI accidently deleted the second bit and now dont know how to send the attachment or a link to the attachment in Airtable to Zendesk.It had stopped working anyway and the only working examples were just he url as text.How do I add this code back or roll back my change and view what is in the little cog bit?Sorry total newbie and thanksPS As I said before the ZAP works without errors and sends all data to Zendesk except the attachment or attachment url
Pipedrive - Zap to create deal and client from Email, how to also assign the new client to said deal?
Hi everyone,We have created a zap that converts an email submission into a Pipedrive deal, creates the contact (with details from the email) and a few other things. My organization uses Google Cloud Print for some fundamental parts of our workflow, and seeing as it will be ending at the end of the year we’re trying to find some solutions. Has anyone found another service that can integrate with Zapier? I imagine it might require some chaining of email + software on a desktop computer locally, which would work fine for us. Thanks for any help you can give.
trigger - someone adds their name and details to a Google FormZap - add to a Mailchimp line Both the Form and the MailChimp list already exist and are functioning fine - NOT Zapped. At the moment, I’m manually transfering sign-ups to the form on a daily basis into MailChimp.Want to automate this. Basic Zap is Ok to set up, completing the details is exhausting me,...need a pointer or two. Your help section on this is...er…. not much help. You say…. And we when I get to that stage, all i see is this…. I get that I don;t want an individual email address in there, but how to I get this… Any help would be appreciated. Thx-Andrew
New to both mondy.com and zapier, so please excuse noob nature of this question. I want a simple solution that will identify all events on my google calendar, and turn them into tasks on my monday.com task list - so I can see my upcoming appointments fo rthe week, and use this as a way to track time and keep my team updated. Seems like there should be a simple zap to do this, but I’m striking out. The tests seem to work, but I only get one or two items from the calendar to populate on the task list in monday. Advice?
I’m completely new to Zapier and this is my first go at setting up some automation. Trying to set up a zap that will allow me to label an email and it will trigger a conversion to a readable pdf document, and then save it in a dropbox folder. (I tried the pdf.co integration, but the resulting pdf document was basically just text and is not easily readable.) I found this reference and was able to get a readable document on Google docs : I think this will work but I need the last step - how do I get it from google docs to dropbox in a pdf format?
I have tried using the formatter in all sorts of ways such as *-2, *2, x2, and *2 on their own and both in front of the line item quantity and following it etc. In the formula below it just adds 12 to the inventory because there is a 1 and a 2! If 2* is placed in front of the Line Item Quantity it adds 21 to the inventory. I have also tried using the Spreadsheet Style formula in the same ways and the output is always zero. One thing that does work is selecting the Make Negative option, so that it half way to multiplying by -2! I have also tried using these formulas directly in the Update Inventory Quantity in Shopify as per the 2nd image below. A minus sign in front of Line Items Quantity makes 1 into -1, but otherwise the output is always 0. Please help.
I am looking to automate the process of having my employees upload documents in multiple locations. Right now when a doc is added to airtable, I would the doc (Via Zapier) to be uploaded into our citrix environment. Each record in Airtable has a unique job number assigned to it. This job number is used as the folder name in Citrix as well. Can Zapier pull the the number from the field in Airtable and stick the document in the corresponding folder in Citrix or can zapier only upload to a single “Chosen” folder?
