Hi there, I am trying to create a Zap where when a product is purchased via a Stripe Payment Link the purchaser is then created (or updated) and added to a segment in Flodesk. I have the Zap initial trigger for Stripe as “Checkout Session Completed” as was advised in another community question. But I cannot seem to filter by product in Stripe. I have multiple products and only want ONE specific product purchase to trigger this Zap. Thank you!

Hi Troy! Thank you for this reply. Do you know if it is best to use “line item description” or “line items price product”? Also, I am struggling to figure out the best “conditions” to use for this Zap. I keep getting the warning notification that says “this zap will always run”. As right now I have it selected for “line item description: iproduct name]” → “text exactly matches” → “line item description: product name]”. Is this correct? Thank you for your help!

Right now I have it set up as “line item description: :product name]” → “text exactly matches” → “line item description: eproduct name]” -- but am getting a warning sign that says “this zap will always run” …

Okkk! I have changed it to “line item description: :product name]” → “Exists” and that seems to have created the Zap. I assume it will work. Now the issue is I am trying to duplicate this Zap but for a different product, and that product is not showing up as an option.

Paths within 1 Zap is also an option: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288555917

Perhaps turn the Zap ON and test live.

Then check the Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace and troubleshoot.
