Hey,

I have one situation! Using CHAT GPT and Spreedsheets Lookup, I want to check weather someone is inside my database and if it is, I want to send him a email. The thing is that I want to put some specific links into the words, but I don’t know how I can automate this process and to explain in zapps where I want to put links into the words.

Please help!

Hey, any feedback? Here is the example what I want to do:

When CHAT GPT create me this template, I want to some specific links become imported in some specific words in this message:

“Hey Johannes,

It's Dusan. Nice to speak with you again.

I put Dusan (LinkedIn URL to be linked into word Dusan) in "CC". He is the Founder & CEO of Problem (https://problemsolveragency.io/, this website should be linked into the word)

Dusan, meet Johannes (LinkedIn URL to be linked into word Johannes). He is an Investment Manager at Reewire(https://reewire.vc/, website should be linked into the word. He checked your deck and wants to learn more about Problem Solver.

You can take it from there!

Best,

Please help me how to create this and put Link into those specific words.

Hey there @Dusan! 🙂

Perhaps in the instructions/prompt given in the ChatGPT action you could ask it to generate the message in HTML format and ensure that the company names are linked to the website addresses?

It can take a bit of trial and error to get it outputting things just as you want but we have some tips on how to write GPT prompts which you might find useful on this: How to write an effective GPT prompt

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any further issues or questions just let us know!
