Issue with Linkedin Event Integration

Our LI Event Registrant processing is running into issues. The Linkedin Contact Email value is empty. We have even checked this with a Table instance inbetween. When looking at the in-data on the LinkedIn trigger - the email field is now in capital letters. For the mapping on the action side it is not. Anyone have the same issues? We haven’t changed anything on the Zaps - it just stopped giving us the email - which causes an error while integrating in our systems (as the email is obligatory!). Update: I just created a new Zap and tried to push the data into a simple table - for the email field it returns the following. I checked all our Zaps - and it seems that the issue is already existant since October. I just wasn’t aware of - as our API had returned a shadowed success message.

How to update a spreadsheet cell in Zapier to prevent endless loops?

Hello, I have a spreadsheet where each row corresponds to a person’s information. The spreadsheet’s headers are : Name + Email address + Contract + Email sent. I need Zapier to send an email to every person in whose line a certain condition is met (when the column “contract” says “ok”). Once it has sent the email, I need it to indicate it by updating the column “email sent” to “yes” so that it doesn’t send the email again. The idea is that everyone who needs to receive that certain email gets it at the right time, and only once. I had created a Zapier that : STEP 1- checked if the column “Contract” said “OK” AND the column “Email sent” was empty (didn’t say “yes”) STEP 2- When both rules were respected, it sent an email to the person in question (through the email address indicated in the column “email address”) STEP 3- once the email had been sent, it updated the column “Email Sent” of that row to “yes” - that way, the first step was wrong and the email wasn’t sent again. Notion's "New database item" trigger isn't triggering when a new form is submitted

I made a zap to trigger whenever a new database entry is added into the notion database it formats the data and creates an issue on linear and i’ve linked the database to the zap and made sure all the permissions are there and given to zapierI have the database hooked up to notion forms and whenever a new form is submitted it creates a new database item yet the trigger isn’t working whenever a new form is submitted and i’ve tested it time and time again and it gives me the same error I noticed sometimes it works when I manually add a new database for testing, but it doesn’t work when I add a new database through the form I would love some help on why this is happening and what’s the best solution for this Thank you in advance

New SharePoint/Excel Integration & Non-Default Document Libraries

Good afternoon. I am attempting to use the new Excel app to connect to a SharePoint site. The problem is that it does not show any of the additional document libraries that we created in this site other than the default “Documents” document library (see below), which we do not use. Is there any way to use files outside of this default document library?

Error when adding user's to existing slack channel: "Oops! Neither you nor the bot are in the selected channel"

I am creating an automation that looks for existing customer channels and either adds users to it or creates a new channel to add users to. I have the new channel creation process in place but ran into an edge case with existing channels. I check to see if a slack channel exists by ‘finding public slack channel’ in step 9. which provides me with a result id for the slack channel I then use that result id in two of my paths where a slack channel exists to add myself and other users to the channel. In this case step 21 threw the following error for me: Looking at the zap replay it looks as though the result id from step 9 wasn’t carried through but I stepped through a test and it looked to all connect. Is this because I’m not in the channel even though its public? For this specific trigger the bot actually ended up in the channel and firing off its message but none of the users were added from the automation to see it (I ended up manually adding). I have created a zap with the outlook integration. I want the mail to come from the email address specified in my Google Sheet Email will come from different email addresses The Zap works when it is coming from me I get an error when trying to send from another email from within my company How do I resolve this?

Zap won't pull optional questions from Eventbrite?

Hi, I connected my Eventbrite event to Airtable to collect attendee data with the “New Attendee Registered” trigger, and it only partially works. The Eventbrite event has an order form all registrants have to fill out and I want to collect all of this data to Airtable. The trouble is, only the answers to the required questions in the form get pulled when the Zap is live, even though the trigger has detected the optional ones as well when testing and they are mapped correctly. Eventbrite seems to ask required/obligatory questions first, then the trigger activates, the answers get transferred, and only then does Eventbrite take me to a second page where the optional questions get asked. This second batch of answers of course never makes it into Airtable. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

Trouble syncing multiple HubSpot forms to a single Google Sheets spreadsheet

I am more than frustrated with zappier. Nothing seems to work. I have contacts from different forms in Hubspot which are saved in the CRM and when I try to connect all the columns in Zappier to transport them to google sheets, half of them are not there! There are 6 different forms filled by the same candidate and I would like information from all these forms to be stored in a single google sheet. Its so easy, and yet, this software has complicated it too much. Any help is appreciated. P.S. I have tried a million different workflows. I want data from 6 different form submissions to be stored in a single google sheet. I even tried creating 6 different zaps for 6 different forms but then there is a problem again since I cant update columns in google sheets. Its a nightmare using this app.

Pardot Error 109 "Failed to find or create a prospect in Pardot"

We just switched our account over to a team account and are running into this issue. Everything was working great until the switch. We are doing something different and looking up prospects before adding them to a list in the 4th step. We continue to get error code 109, Failed to find or create a prospect in Pardot. This is the same record I have used for testing for over a year now, and it is definitely in Pardot. I have also tried testing with other records that are Pardot, and I continue to get this error. Then, I tried testing with a contact that is not in Pardot and got an error message that it was unable to create a contact. I’m assuming the connection with Pardot is messed up, even though it was just reestablished last week. The Pardot account owner has admin rights in both zapier and Pardot. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

Product Hunt Error: The redirect uri included is not valid

When trying to connect my Product Hunt account to Zapier I get the error message “The redirect uri included is not valid.” After clicking through the prompts on the pop up I have tried logging out and in as well as restarting my computer and browser and trying on incognito - no luck has anyone encountered and solved this problem?

How do I add multiple emails to a Xero Invoice?

I want to pull email addresses from two seperate fields in podio into the “Email to” field on Xero. I have tried seperating the emails with , and ; sofar, but now luck. Any suggestions - or is this not possible?

Google Contacts Update

I have InsuredMine CRM sending a trigger to my Zap. I am only using this zap maybe 5 times a month and have no other zap, so I want to stay in the free zone. InsuredMine triggers contact change I want to do it in one step, with the Google Contact Update Action, but I am finding I have to do a Google Find Contact Action first for it to work. The InsuredMine trigger is sending all the contact information, so I am not sure why Google Contact Update can not find the record in my contacts. Appreciate any help in a workaround to get it down to a one step Zap if possible.

Legacy Slack to Google Docs upload issue: Files invisible post-update

On the lecacy slack action, I could select the files posted to a slack cahnnel and upload them to Google document and see them in it by the Google docs action “upload file”. However, after updating the action, I can upload files but cannot see in Google document （It just creates a blank document) .Is there any solution or I’m making a mistake？

Excel steps not working: "We're having trouble loading 'Worksheet' data. Unable to process request."

I’m having very non descriptive errors on a number of Zaps that use Excel steps or an Excel trigger. For example, for a Find Row step on Excel, the Zaps are showing this error: If I go to that URL showed on the error message, it’s just the general info about Zapier-Excel integration. For Excel trigger steps, the error is the following: This error has been going on for at least a couple of days, and it’s preventing key integrations from running. I have tested the Excel connections on the “My Apps” section, and they all returned Test successful. The account being used is the creator and owner of the Spreadsheets to which we need access.

Memberpress error: Unable to pull members, Error code: 'params'

Hi there! I am creating a zap from MemberPress to mailerlite, but can’t seem to move beyond the Memberpress test to collect the members (which I have waiting to be collected). Apollo error: We hit an error adding your new account Authentication failed: The app returned "Not Found".

I am trying to setup Apollo as a connection in Zapier, which I’ve done with other services no problem. I have the master key setup, but I had to reach out to Apollo asking what the “Name” field was requesting. My login name, my name, company name? They stated is was (name here), but I feel like that might not be accurate. I’ve tried many different combinations but I still get this error everytime from Zapier. We hit an error adding your new account authentication failed: The app returned "Not Found". Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information I never see the “Allow” or “Accept” mentioned in 1. Also, the chatbot for Zapier linked me to an Apollo article, but the results were… Found no results for "apollo" Even searching for Apollo myself in Help Center doesn’t find anything. Can anyone help?

Instagram for Business Zapier Integration Useless

It shows the most useless niche events; just photos and API. This is what happens when you’re in editor mode. Doesn’t pull up accounts either but that’s a different topic. Anyone else experience this?

Sub-zaps seem to be down?

Since a few hours, sub-zaps seem to be down. It is impossible to configure the action, as there are no “teams” available even after refreshing the results multiple times. First time I ever see this bug.

Unable to update quantity & price from SOS inventory in BigCommerce using Zapier

I cannot get my BigCommerce store to connect to Zapier. I put in the store hash and the access token and it says that I do not the required scope to access the end point. All I am trying to do it make the Zap update the available quantity and price from my SOS Inventory software.. Can anyone help me with this? Thank You

Error: Dripify to Salesforce Zap pushes only dummy data and not real leads

Hi, I want to push data from Dripify to Salesforce. I’ve created a Webhook Catch and pushing it into Salesforce. When i tested it zapier used dummy data (Bill Gates), and it was successfully pished to Salesforce. Problem: everytime there is a trigger to create a lead, it’s only the dummy data that is pushed again (i get new leads entered as Bill Gates, istead of x, y etc) Input very much welcomed!
