How to fix filters for duplicate entries in Zapier

I need help figuring out how to use filters in Zapier.
I have a master spreadsheet of leads that I will update daily. I will copy and paste those leads in the same format every day. I'm trying to make a zap that looks at new rows created then looks up previous rows by a column called "Project Name". If project name does not already exist then I want it to continue forward with the zap and write a draft email. The zap works perfectly however the filter is not filtering out duplicates.  Here is what I have. How can I change this?

Hey @Aaron White,

I think it’s because of the logic of the Lookup Spreadsheet Row as if it doesn’t find anything it will return no data. Try doesn’t exist filter to check for duplicates. Also map the the value from Lookup Spreadsheet Row action.

Hope it helps!
