Hey @Muse,
Referencing some of the Squarespace Zapier limitations from the article(https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496018137741-How-to-get-started-with-Squarespace-Forms-on-Zapier)-
- Only works with form blocks, newsletter blocks, and cover page forms - it's not possible to connect Zapier to other forms on your site.
- Squarespace does not store form submissions, so Zapier automatically generates example forms for testing purposes.
- Each form or newsletter block needs at least one Zap per action - you cannot have multiple actions triggered by a single Zap connection.
So it might be just during the testing that Zapier is generating example forms. See if it’s the case when the Zap is turned On as well. Also see if you are using the supported forms as not all forms are supported for Zapier. Try these to see if it fixes your issue. Hope it helps!

I checked that all the form blocks were connected with Zapier and was only using newsletter blocks. All the zaps are active and I go to the website and put dummy data in the newsletter block but it doesn’t capture on the Brevo side. I checked the Zap logs and nothing updated. I had a single zap in place for each form as well. Those were all good ideas and I read the article and still seem stuck.
Hey there @Muse, just came across this and wanted to offer some help in case you’re still stuck.
If Squarespace isn’t able to load live data then you can try modifying the data in the test record to see if that helps you to test with a real rather than dummy email address.
On the Brevo side, do the lists that the contact is being added to have some sort of double opt-in enabled? Just wondering if that might be what’s preventing the contact from appearing in Brevo.
Keep us posted on your progress, want to make sure this gets sorted! 🙂
