LinkedIn Ads API connection failing

I have a LinkedIn event that sends the registrants directly to another app.

The LinkedIn connection keeps failing. 

I already deleted it, created a new connection, nothing seems to work. I get this error: 

"LinkedIn Ads" is expired
Requested version 20241001 is not active.

Anyone has any solution?

@mt_rt1 and ​@AndreeaM, I’m so sorry that you both were affected by this issue. I looked into it, and I’m happy to report that it was resolved yesterday! 🎉

Our engineers have migrated the LinkedIn Ads app over to a supported version so reconnection should work normally again, and any errored runs have been successfully replayed.

As this bug is fixed, I’ll be closing this topic. For anyone still running into any issues, please start a new post here in the Community, or reach out to Support directly so they can take a closer look.

Hey ​@AndreeaM,

Are you getting the error on connecting with Linkedin or performing a specific action? If deleting and reconnecting the connection didn’t fix it, try contacting the Zapier support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!

We also encountered the issue with the LinkedIn Ads connector and contacted the support. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. The underlying problem is that Microsoft has sunset the API version 202410 just yesterday.

Thanks, I contacted their support team in the meantime and indeed that is the issue. Hoping for a fast solution now.
