HELP! I have 5 different zaps and they all stopped working this morning … I’m getting this error on their “delay for” steps:

 

This Delay by Zapier step hit an error

The app returned "Server Error (500)".

 

I looked online and Zapier isn’t down. Please help! This is significantly affecting my business and my customer experience. Thanks!

I am also experiencing this Issue. I don’t see a incident on https://status.zapier.com/ so i”m hoping they notice it soon.


I’m also getting this error, and have been since 9:05 EST today. Checked https://status.zapier.com/ just now and apparently no issues. 

Am I interpreting the error wrong? The Delay by Zapier isn’t an external app, it’s internal.

I think the issue is here- https://status.zapier.com/incidents/01K7CMW4B5NHCSTSRMFRJCC76D. It says that it got resolved but if you are still facing any issues, you can contact the Zapier support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!

As Sparsh noted, I’m pleased to confirm that the incident was since resolved so those “Server Error (500)” errors should have stopped and any errors Zap runs will have been automatically replayed:
