I have tried connecting my Wordpress site to Zapier multiple times in different browsers, and no matter how many times I save the page and try to revoke the application password, I still get a "404" error page.Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Trouble with Active User Metrics under Partner Program: No Growth Despite Engagement

As partners with Zapier, our objective under the Partner Program has been to boost the number of active users on Zapier. To achieve this, we've motivated users to create and activate a zap. Despite these efforts, we've observed that the metric for active users hasn't shown significant growth. Presently, it stands at 15, which is puzzling considering our engagement with a substantially higher number of users to accomplish this task. We have good reason to believe that these users have successfully created and are operating at least one zap. We are seeking clarification on why there isn't an apparent increase in the active user count.

New firestore document not triggering email event

When I add a new document to my firestore collection, it’s not triggering an email send. During the testing it works fine and zapier is able to see my recent documents, but when I try to add a document to my firestore collection in a real world test, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hello,I'm currently in the process of setting up a Zap to automatically send emails directly to the email addresses listed in a designated column. Better Triggering Zap for New Asana Message to New Clio Time Entry

Hell All, I am trying to find a way that in Asana, on a given project, on a given task, a new message can create a new time entry in Clio. I have a Team called “Open Cases” where I have as many as 30 cases (Projects) at a time, where new ones come in, old ones get closed, so it’s constantly moving. I have a legal assistant and we communicate and do most of our work together in Asana. I would like the legal assistant to be able to input her time from a given task in Asana as a “New Story” that can be zapped to Clio, my practice management software. For instance, in the given client project, there could be a task such as “Get Documents from Client” that the legal assistant was assigned. Then attempted or completed, she can create a new message that triggers the time entry in Clio such as: “New Time Entry 5m: Called Client and discussed documents he needed to provide.” As you might imagine, there would be filtering zaps and also other zap tools to parse things out. Newly created Zap is creating a new task before marking it as complete

Hey guys. I am new to Zapier and think it is a very helpful tool. I made a few zaps without any incident but I have created one to mark Google Tasks as complete in Notion when they are marked complete in Google Tasks itself. The other zaps between the two services work as expected. However, when the zap runs, it creates a task of the same name and info before marking that one as complete. I have gone over the config of the zap itself countless times and I cannot figure out where I am going wrong. Can someone possibly shed some light on this for me? I am unsure what information is needed to assist with the solving of this issue but please let me know and I will provide it. Many thanks friends.

Event Ended in Google Calender to send Email in Gmail (can not find events)

I am trying to send an auto email to the participants, right after the google meeting. (After they joined the meeting/the meeting is ended)To able to do that; i choose ‘’Event Ended in Google Calender’’ as Trigger, ‘’Send email in Gmail’’ as second step. The problem is: when I choose ‘’Event Ended in Google Calender’’, the test record can not find the meetings, therefore in the second step, i can not send any email to participants.. (i mean which meeting/ which participants right?)When I use this Zap as ‘’New Event instant’’ as triger, it works very well. It can find the meetings, and in the second step I can see participants to send email to them.Why I can not find my testing events with ‘’Event Ended in Google Calender’’ ?

NeverBounce to Pardot Zap not adding new prospects to list, only test prospect.

Hi everyone! We just started a Zapier trial, but I’m struggling to make a working connection and am hoping the community here can help since I was never able to connect with an integration specialist.I’d like to have NeverBounce verify an email address as it comes into Pardot, then add that prospect to a list (for my own verification purposes). My zap looks like the following:For both the verify step and the add prospect to list step, I have to select a test prospect when prompted... But that test prospect that I selected is the only name to make it into my final list. The zap is published and is on and isn’t showing any errors - expect for my final list not getting populated.Question:For both the Verify step and the Add Prospect to List step, I’m prompted to select a specific prospect in the Action (screenshot below - I crossed out the person’s name, but I had to pick a singular person). I don’t seem to be able to select anything general like “New Prospect”. Is this as expected? Are t

Timestamp field format updated after Zapier was connected.

I have a google form that drops user data into a google sheet. Google sheet rows start with at timestamp. My goal is to use Zapier to create a row in a SmartSuite table when a record is created in the google sheet. I set Zapier to look for a timestamp change/addition and then trigger the zap to add data to SmartSuite.When I turned on the zap all records added the first day timestamp field changed from the traditional data time stamp to time=now. There were about 50 records added that day. Each record’s timestamp updated every minute to reflect the current time. As a result my trigger that was looking at the timestamp field to initiate the export into SmartSuite fired each minute until my zaps were depleted for the month. Since then I updated the timestamps to the correct time. I wanted to post this message before I turned my zaps back on to see if the issue persist. Is this a known issue where Zapier may update/change the format of a field (such as the timestamp) in google she

Gmail to Slack Zap taking 10-15 minutes - will upgrading reduce this time?

Hi All, New to Zap. I’ve created a zap that is triggered by a new email in gmail and will send a message through slack to a channel. I’m wondering what timing I should expect by moving to one of the paid plans?If I move to the starter plan will the time of the zap shrink from 10-15 minutes to under 5 minutes?Appreciate everyone’s help here.

ZAP is creating multiple trails while sending email

To automate our sales Gmail inbox we created multiple step zap but unexpectedly it is running multiple times after some odd 6-7 days.Step 1- The Email is labeled in Gmail inbox.Step 2- A filter to stop zap run on our email replies to the customer.’Step 3- While adding the Raw snippet the mail body was incomplete while acknowledging the email and the concerned person could not see the complete email a formatter was added so that regardless of spaces and symbols it detects the text and includes the body in the send email function.Step 4- It replies to the customer and ccs the concerned person so that the email is automatically is sent to the concerned salesperson.Step 5- It creates an automatic deal in the Pipedrive Step 6- Add a note in the deal and it contains the email from the customer. Now the issue we are facing is that the zap is running again after a week or so and it is completing the whole cycle and another trail, another deal is created in the Pipedrive. Freshdesk to Notion Zap is creating new page instead of updating the existing one.

hello. here’s my scenario.When I try to update my freshdesk case. I would expect that the existing notion page should just be updated. However, it creates a new page in notion. is there any way, that when we update the freshdesk case - it will just update the existing page in notion on the same freshdesk ID/page?

Test Trigger Issue: URLs not showing up in Zapier Chrome Extension, only 'zapier.com' appears.

Hey! I’m trying to work paths into my Zap, triggered from Zapier’s Chrome Extension. I push new URLs into an existing Zap (that smoothly posts it where I want it posted), but when I want to take these as my test trigger to set up my next zap, none of them show up. In fact the only zaps that show up every time I test trigger is “zapier.com”, not even the URLs that were successfully run in another zap. And the zap that’s connected, is this other zap! Help!

I've paid to upgrade but I'm still on the free plan

It seems to be impossible to get any response from Zapier’s team about this. I paid to upgrade earlier this week and the site still says I’m on the free plan. So I’m limited with what I can do. The reason for upgrading has now passed - but I’d still like to do it. Does anyone have any idea how to:a - solve this issue? (I’ve cleared cookies and used another computer. Memberspace Content Links, Integration with Zapier

My company hosts webinars. Individuals set up an online member account using memberspace, where they signup for a webinar. Then Zapier takes this information and automatically registers them on zoom for the webinar. All good. We post the slides for downloading on our website, and also posts links to watch the watch webinar on-demand, after the live webinar has ended. We use memberspace content links, for these slides and videos, but memberspace cannot provide me with a report, showing when someone clicks on these content links. It seems like Zapier only works with member plan changes on memberspace, not with content links. is that true? Is it possible to create some type of customized zap, for this application?
