I created a Zap triggered by a Squarespace form submission to create a new Slack message in a private channel.  The demo message created by the test looks perfect, but after I published it Slack messages from actual form submissions are formatted incorrectly.  I reviewed the steps and have no idea what’s going wrong.As shown in the image, the “Name” field is not formatted correctly and it is also adding an extraneous field about marketing.Demo Message Vs Actual Form Submission MessageHow the Zap is setup 

I am using Zapier for the first time and I am setting up a trigger. When someone (a lead) completes a form in Dubsado it triggers to create a form submission in Kajabi. I am receiving the following warning: “Please set up required fields.” I chose the Kajabi form in the dropdown and the fields populated below. I did use the API key to connect Dubsado and Zapier.I don't know what the warning means or what I need to do. It doesn’t indicate which fields. I'm not able to test or continue until this is corrected, and I don't know how to correct it. All the Dubsado form fields are required so no field should be blank. The Help bot was useless, and I couldn’t find out how to correct the problem when I search the Help area. I’d appreciate any guidance. Thanks.

I do an ACTION between GPT and GOOGLE SHEETS and as soon as I send a text that includes English and EMOJIIt does not recognize the EMOJI and it shows them to me as an unknown language. I would like to know if there is a certain port for EMOJII am attaching a picture of what is happening to me 

I’m creating a Zap that adds new BigCommerce to Google Sheets. I need to map the product option values to specific columns in my Google sheet, but not sure how to parse that data from the order? Is there a step to pull the product information from the order ID so I can map the option values to their respective Google Sheet columns (e.g - size, color etc.)? Thanks!

I have a form coming from Wix by the time this email gets to keap it is adding ema to the beginning of each emai.  The data in wix looks right but something that zap is doing is adding those characters and I can not figure out how to fix it.  See screen shot. The email is johndoe@email.com but see how is shows emai in the front?  

"Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier" zap indicates it was "successful", but no emails are received by recipient or cc: address.  The zap was working fine for a year or so, and two-three days ago just stopped sending the zap-resulting emails.

During the checkout process of my website there is a text box that allows customers to include a request. I am currently using “Order Recieved” from Square as a trigger for a zap, and the Order information includes a section for Customer Notes, but it is always blank. Is there anything I can do about this? None of the information is included in any of the data lines I see.

I am trying to update a Google sheet when I add or update a record in AirTable; however when I go through the mapping process when setting up the action, some of my fields (two URL fields and 1 date field) do not show up as options to map. These cells have contents in AirTable. I have also tried to update the zap, refresh the fields, completely recreate the zap, and attempt both with empty AT cells and filled AT cells. Nothing is working. Any advice? 

Trying to create a zap that goes as follows: when someone checks out through a Stripe payment link, they receive an e-mail through Mailerlite. However, I can’t send the e-mail through Mailerlite because the following message appears: Failed to create a campaign in MailerLiteCannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

 How do I get it to send?  The “from” number has been registered and is already being used in the US.

So, I am trying to set up a Zap when a Typeform is submitted that sends the results via Gmail to a specific person.i have the email set up so like this: [short intro paragraph]--[Typeform field 1] [Typeform field 2] [Typeform field 3] What is showing up in my inbox while testing the send is: [short intro paragraph]--###[Typeform field 1 question][Typeform field 1 answer] ###[Typeform field 2 question][Typeform field 2 answer] ###[Typeform field 3 question][Typeform field 3 answer] [Typeform field 1 answer][Typeform field 2 answer][Typeform field 3 answer] I cannot for the life of me figure out where the answers stacked at the bottom of the email are coming from. Anyone know of a way to either display ONLY the answers, and only once? Or even the question/answer combo without the random stacked answers at the bottom of the email? I’m not sure why it’s showing up the way it is and there’s very little wiggle room in adding the Typeform fields, so any insight would be appreciated. I am encountering a critical issue with my Zap that is hindering the completion of my AI Email Automation setup. I've successfully built out 98% of the automation, with the only remaining task being an adjustment to the mapping due to a change in the trigger mechanism from Gmail to IMAP by Zapier. This change was necessitated because the original Gmail Trigger does not support integration with ChatGPT.After switching the trigger, I was able to publish the Zap without any issues. However, I then turned off the Zap to update the mapping to align with the new trigger. During this process, I encountered a persistent error that prevents me from saving my changes or successfully publishing the Zap. Specifically, when attempting to publish, I receive a "failed to save draft" error message, indicated by a Draft Black Icon.Despite numerous attempts to adjust the mapping and republish, the issue persists, with the Zap occasionally publishing but without incorporating any of the mapping changes,

I set-up a zap to read customer data in an Excel file, then send them an email with an attachment via Mailgun. The attachments are all stored in a single folder on OneDrive, which Zapier is able to locate. The first email that the Zap sends pulls the correct attachemnt according to the name of the file listed in a row in Excel. However, every subsequent email (pulling data from the next cell along with the next file name) it pulls and sends the wrong attachment, and it is the same wrong attachment everytime (i.e. same file is pulled and sent). Is this a bug in Zapier? Why won’t Zapier find the 2nd, 3rd, file etc. and send them as it did the first time? I’ve checked my Excel file over and over, and it is pulling the proper file name everytime, it just doesn’t attach the file associated with that name. I insert 3 or 4 new items into Outlook almost every day.According to my plan I still have many elements to include.However, ZAP does not include many elements in Notion! And there are no errors! And - problem - he inserts many other elements into them! Why?

I have an excel file I use as a template and would like it copied to a new folder with a new name each time a new folder is created in my zap.  The zap is bascially working except - but instead of copying the excel file the zap is creating a txt file with the correct name.  Full Zap Step 4Step 5

We are currently facing one issue in one of the action, “Create Deal” in Freshsales Classic.Issue:Scenario 1: (Passing as Fixed Values)When we give fixed value to an integer type input, we are getting proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”  Scenario 2: (Passing as Dynamic Values from triggers) When we pass a custom field value from trigger, we are getting not proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”.Instead of values, we are getting the placeholder.    Can you please help us how to handle this scenarios? Thanks,Gowtham

The instructions say to find the service account key to connect hr cloud to microsoft to do.I have checked the settings in hr cloud (free version) but don’ t see the service account key or API setting.Is this only available for the paid option ?Did this setting move to another place ?Should I be looking into Zapier software for the setting or HR Cloud software ? Much appreciated

I want a zap to create a trello card everytime a recurring calendar event starts on my outlook calendar. After creating the flow, recurring events don’t show as an option. One-off events do show. Am I using the wrong trigger?

when asked to put in name of country, i put in United States.  Then when I click to add the new card info, the country name is wiped out...so I can’t get a new card put on file.  I want to avoid service interruption.  The link below which I saw in another post is useless as it takes you to the series of articles...none of which allows you to get to a live support person or even an email form to communicate with someone who can help... Billing issues must be handled by Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
