Zap for DocuSign signature envelope missing data from Gravity Form

I recently created a Zap to send an “Signature Envelope” from docusign. The data is being pulled from a gravity form, and is properly matched up to the template fields from Docusign. The “Data In” section is correct but the “Data out” is left blank - see screen shots below. When the signature envelope is sent it is blank. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @Klinkloans Fund 

The DATA OUT for DocuSign returns data points about the completed Zap action step.

Check in DocuSign for the Envelope ID to see how the data points were populated in the DocuSign template.
