I’m working on a Zap,

Call ended In RingCentral > Find Record(phone#) In Salesforce > Find Record(Task) in Salesforce, Update record(Task Status) In Salesforce.

 

The third step finds the record -

 

At the last step, it says that it can’t find: “ID Open” -

 

What am I missing here?

For us to have context about the encountered error, post screenshots with how your Zap step ‘Action’ section tab is configured.

Make sure to map the ID of the Salesforce Record to update from the previous step.
