Hi, 

 

We have set up a zap for pushing leads from lead ads to a google spreadsheet. Some of the submissions are missing contact data (name, email, phone nr). 

 

There is no coherent reason why this happens as some of the submissions come through flawlessly. We ask for additional questions and those always come through without error. 

 

For now also no coherence between form vs missing info. Same form sometimes pushes through all lead data and sometimes it misses the contact info. 

 

Any idea how we could fix this? We tried setting up the zap 3 times with different accounts and the result is the same.

That sounds like it may be related to permissions/settings/access in FB Lead Ads.

Hi Troy, 

 

Thanks for your response but we have full access to the page & ad account. We’re perfectly able to download the leads from the ad account itself and we used the same Facebook account for verification / connection with the Zap. 

 

When we download the leads manually, all the information is there.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please send a screenshot of the DATA IN and DATA OUT of the trigger and action steps? This will help me look closer at the issue.
