Trying to set "when a customer makes a purchase on Kajabi"/"when a tag is added to a contact on Kajabi" then "add a tag on Active Campaign" But it seems there is some problem in the second trigger. I can't connect the users ID. In addition to this, the important thing is that this association is made only when a certain account actually exists on Active Campaign. Because if it doesn't exist, you don't have to create a new account for me from scratch with that tag.

You should add an action to search for ActiveCampaign contact. You can use email id from Kajabi. This action will give you contact ID.
