Hi! I am trying to connect Airpipe with Lemlist via Zapier, when I try to log into lemlist through Zapier I get this error message. Do I need to be on a paid plan to use this service? Thank you

Where are my "held runs"?

When I opened Zapier I got a warning about 11 runs that where held due to quota problems. I have two zaps and 10 of the runs belonged to zap A while 1 belonged to zap B. The B-run didn’t matter so I deleted it but when I then tried to re-run the 10 A-zaps only two where listed: Where are the other 8? I would at least like to find a list of them so I can manually fix them in Google Calender. When I ran these two they disappeard but I still get the warning about 8 held runs.

good afternoon, I am trying to add a line to a excel sheet on my one drive. All of the tests are working properly and I keep getting the error message: Bad request to Slack found, duplicate_external_idZapierAPP 5:35 PMAn error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details. I cannot seem to just send the data from the workflow to Excel. I’ve tried to re-create over and over and get the same message. I’m sure there is a error in my workflow but I just cannot seem to find it.

Opportunity value not returning in LeadConnector

Hello Community,We are using a LeadConnector action which is supposed to return back the created record’s details(email, opp id,first name,last name etc) but for some unknown reason it does not. It only gives back msg success! & traceID xxx but rest of the details are missing. Quite strangely the same lead connector action returns data back when a Contact is created through it but showing the above mentioned behavior in case of Opportunities.The connector: Please suggest.Thank you.

Troubleshooting Usersnap Integration

Hi - does anyone have a successful Usersnap Integration with Zapier? I am trying to integrate it with Intercom to create a new inbound message whenever Feedback is created in Usersnap, and I’m stuck at the testing phase. I have new feedback created in Usersnap but the Test Trigger does not detect the feedback. I’m not sure why - any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

How to i stop quickbooks customer update from triggering?

I have a trigger that fires when a QuickBooks customer is created or updated. I have noticed that the trigger fires the zap when I create an invoice for the customer. Creating an invoice is not an action l’d like as a trigger and it is causing unnecessary Zaps to fire.

I’m trying to setup a zap that will create a sales receipt in QBO whenever a order is paid in WooCommerce. Only customers in NC will be taxed. I’m having a hard time finding out how to add this condition to my zap. Can someone help?

"Slack connection error: Try recreating the workflow step."

Hello.I am trying to create a new spreadsheet row in Google Sheets with data from a Slack workflow, specifically responses to a question form. Normally, a Zap gets automatically created in Zapier when the Slack workflow is published, but for some reason it’s not happening and I get a message like this “The Zap corresponding to this workflow step could not be found. Try recreating the workflow step. If this issue persists please contact Zapier Support. step_id=0a6f25e7-b4e6-44ca-8b20-77543bd25c15 root_id=158143689”. I have tested the connections several times between the different apps and it seems to be working. I have also recreated the Slack workflow steps or entire workflow, and it’s not working either. Not really sure what’s going on… Thanks.

Problem with Quickbooks Online Create Bill Action with foreign currency

I’m automating for a vendor who sends invoices in GBP.I have multicurrency setup in Quickbooks Online. When I set up the action and try to test it, I get an error “The currency and exchange rate are required for transaction in foreign currency.”But the dropdown option in the setup area only provides a currency types eg. GBP, USD etc and there is no other field for Currency Rate.Am I supposed to enter a custom string for Currency that includes the rate? like ‘GBP 1.123’ ?? I tried that and it failed.

One column is not updating in Google sheets

I have one Zap set up to import data from Uplisting when I receive a reservation. Works perfectly.I have another Zap set up to update any information from the reservation when any details change (whenever the reservation is updated, ie new guest email address, additional fees, extended stay etc). I recently added more columns to the Google sheet. When I manually update past reservations in Uplisting so the pertinent information for the newly added columns gets updated in my sheet, it works perfectly except for some reason there is one column that doesn’t update. Checked the mapping, all looks good. Saved a new version. Same result. Every other column updates correctly except for one, even though the information it should be looking for definitely exists. Any ideas? Thanks,

Merge a Calendly record and a Typeform record in Airtable

I’m trying to use Typeform’s new Calendly integration and get all of the data into Airtable. I need the user input form data and the date/time of the event that they signed up for to add them to the participant list. Right now I have one zap that creates a record from the typeform response, another that creates or updates a user based on Calendly response and another that creates or updates an event based on a Calendly response. The issue is that the Find and Update in the Calendly zap never finds the data from the Typeform.

Passing media file from Dropbox to Descript giving 400 Error.

I am trying to pass an audio file saved in a previous Dropbox Action, as an input to request a transcript in a Descript action. Based on this 2 year old thread - Do you still only support 1 search keyword per Zap? If I put any more search keywords or add quotes then the test will fail.

Grow and Flowdesk integration

I setup a zap with Mediavine’s Grow to add a subscriber to flowdesk. I ‘tested’ it with a subscriber it pulled from flodesk and it worked. But when I tried a test signup on my site it doesn’t work. I see the signup in Grow, but it doesn’t transfer the contact to Flodesk.

Work Around for shard drives google doc templates

Looks like people in the past have run into not being able to use google doc templates on shared drives… is a workaround for this just to use the google template on my own google drive and then after ive pulled the templated info then use a google drive action to move the file??? let me know if someone has a better workaround Thanks, Woozie

MailerLite error: Required field "Subscriber Group" (group_id) is missing

I manage students in Airtable and email them from Mailerlite, using Zapier to connect between the two. I have two Zaps: one to add students to a Mailerlite groups, and another to remove them.The Zap that is supposed to remove students from a group keeps triggering at the same time as the one that adds them (but it runs into an error, so thankfully no harm done: I just get an annoying amount of error emails from Zapier).The adding zap is watching a ‘time last edited’ field; the removing zap is watching a DIFFERENT ‘time last edited’ field. I’ve checked and double-checked: the removing ‘time last edited’ field is NOT updating. I tested and retested the Zap, but when testing it (correctly) can’t find the records it triggered and errored over just minutes ago.Any ideas?

Deprecated Mailerlite Zaps

I just got an email advising me that The app MailerLite for version 1.4.0 has been deprecated.These zaps will need to be migrated over before April 7, 2023, or they will be automatically paused thenBut no instructions on how to rectify this issue. I see Mailerlite is now showing up in my zaps as Mailerlite 1.4.0 so I’m wondering - do I have to re-set up all my zaps re-selecting Mailerlite as the Action App?Thanks for any advice.

Connecting optin form on Flodesk to tags on ActiveCampaign

I’m trying to connect an optin form from Flodesk with a trigger tag on ActiveCampaign that starts an automation. When I go to test the zap it says “Contact not found”. The contact is active in the segment on Flodesk so I’m not sure where the error is coming from?

Google Ads Lead Gen Form: Failed to fetch a lead form entry from Google Ads Error while retrieving: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined

Something happened over night that stopped our Google Ads lead gen forms from working. I was able to fix two out of three, but we have one that I can’t fix. It doesn’t seem to be connecting to Google...as in we can load new entries, even though there’s hundreds on the Google Ads dashboard side we’re not seeing any connection to Zapier set up.

Excel Attachments not Transferring to Trello from Pipedrive

Hi Everyone I have setup a link between Pipedrive and Trello to transfer documents as well as other text field data.All was working OK when I first set it up but in the last week all documents (PDF, Emails etc) transfer fine but Excel documents are not transferring over.When I look at the log file it appears Zapier know the files are there but for some reason they are not being deposited in Trello.Could it be Excel file size ?Any help on this would be really appreciated ThanksBarry

URL from Slack Form is duplicated in Zapier

Hello guys,I created a Zap to capture some requests in a structured format. Someone triggers a workflow and gets asked to fill a form. All the form responses are being sent to a private slack channel. Whenever there is an entry in that channel, Zapier captures it and paste it to a different tool. One of the fields in the form is a url field. To test it I just entered www.zapier.com into the URL field of slack workflow. In Slack the URL looks normal. However, in Zapier, it becomes www.zapier.comwww.zapier.com> as you can see in the attached screenshot. Anybody know why this is happening?Thanks!
