I’ve seen it mentioned in previous posts but are we likely to see Click ID (fbc) added as a standard field within the Send Lead Event action for Facebook Conversions? The field already exists within the Send Funnel Event action.
I’ve tried adding it via Additional Data, but I can’t get Meta to recongise it.
Given the importance of the field and value that Meta places on it to aide matching for CAPI, it seems a fairly big oversight for this not to have been resolved already. The previous post mentioned that it was already on a Feature Request list but that was 10 months ago.
Or if anyone has had any luck syncing Click ID (fbc) to Meta via Send Lead Event via an alternative method, I’d be grateful for the advice.

Looks like that old post got auto-closed so I’ve reopened it. I can’t give any sort of ETA as to when the Click ID field would be added, but I’ve added your vote to the feature request so we can notify you once it is.
I did some digging into the issue with the Click ID (fbc) value in the Additional Data section not going through to Meta and saw that our Support team has added your vote to another feature request for adding FBC and FBP field mapping support. So it seems that the FBC attribute isn’t currently supported. Again, we can’t share any sort of timeline on when that will be sorted but we’ll be in touch as soon as it is.
Sorry I don’t have a more immediate fix or workaround to share right now. If there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime just let us know.
