Hello, I’d like to create a candidate in Recruitee and fill in the profile fields that are customized. I don’t happen to see how to do it. I read Recruitee has different APIs and it is not with the one used to create a new candidate but to use it through the API that creates the candidates as if they would have filled in a questionaire.Can anyone help on how to make sure I can get these fields filled in automatically from Zapier? The information of these fields come from Typeform, but I don’t have any problem with that.
Hello, I’m trying to set up a simple Zap that gets triggered by an inbound email, however Zapier doesn’t register any new emails I send to my inbox and continuously fails the test, which means I can’t set up the Zap. I’ve done a few tests and they all failed. Can anyone help?
I am running 3 zaps from my LinkedIn Ads Lead Gen From1 - Slack1 - Google Sheets1 - Close.io about 50% of the leads are not triggering the zap. All ads enter the same lead gen form as when I download the form from LinkedIn all ads are on there. The issue is only about 50% of the leads then go through the zaps. Does anyone have an idea for a solution. And I have recreated the ads 3x now and still the same thing happens

Good Day, I am currently on a trial with Zapier and I am trying to establish if buying this APP will be worth our while. Essentially, it’s main function would be to transport the data from an excel spread sheet and translate it into communication onto Asana. We use excel to run a manufacturing company by creating our schedule on it. It is quite complicated where different colors mean different things. Then we use Asana to communicate the schedule to the factory. Currently, we manually update Asana with every change and by reconning the schedule to Asana daily, which takes up a lot of time. If there is anyone who has used Zappier for a similar outcome or a Zapier professional that could assist me, I would be super grateful.

Is there way to automate filling out a form using a we hook or zapier? There is not captcha or login required. For reasons out of my control filling out this form is the only way I am able to get the data into this particular destination.
Hello :)I get an error “Failed to create a post in Google My Business Couldn't create a post for this location: Request contains an invalid argument.” when I test the zap with following settings: PhotoSource: The Url is online and reachable. (it’s a https-link to a WordPressPicture). If I post direct on Google Business with the same picture, than it’s fine. Could you help me please?

I am trying to build a three-step zap to link the voice flow chatbot to update my Google calendar. All the zap steps are working, however, when I look for a new event in the Google calendar to update it into something else. The event that has been updated has always been the example that I used in the setting up step rather than the correct one. Does anyone know why? Cheers
Hi,I’m creating a zap which sends completed wordpress sales forms directly to Method CRM. It works fine, but i want each lead added to have a lead source of ‘Website sales form’. Lead Source is already a field in Method. When i add ‘Lead Source’ as a custom field in the zap it dosent find the lead source data, as it’s not something entered on the wordpress form. Is there a way to add this to the Method lead without it coming from the websiteform? Thank you Faye
I’ve tested two out of the three Hubspot Deal notification Zaps for Slack (i.e. New Deal, Deal Update) and I cannot get them to work. The tests work and send to the proper channel, they pick up and read the deal intended on testing (I can see the macros and associated data they bring up when testing the Zap). However, when I actually make updates in Hubspot, create new deals...nothing is sent to Slack. I’ve checked common issues and community and wasn’t able to find a helpful solution.
Hello, I am looking to automatically generate shipping labels from google sheets and cant seem to find a service and integration that can fully automate the process.Ideally, this shipping label is generated based on a spreadsheet (for either the sender or recipient address) and then would be able to set up an automation to pull the generated email and attach as a file. Has anyone accomplished this before as trying with Shippo and others and cant quite seem to pull what is needed to make this happen.

However, I need to manually type out my schedule for the week and update each day as new meetings get scheduled.I have two questions:is it possible to tell ChatGPT the list of my meetings for the week ahead? I have a lot of reoccurring meetings, which I think complicates things a bit? is it possible to send calendar updates to ChatGPT, like when a meeting gets cancelled or scheduled over the week?TIA for your help!
I have a Zap that is pulling data from an API in Json, and I would like to use GPT actions to feed that data to my GPT to do some calculations. Right now I have gotten as far as getting the data into a Google Spreadsheet, and then using the “Get Many Spreadsheet Rows” action so the GPT can retrieve it from there. However, two problems:The GPT seems to read the data form the spreadsheet very slowly. After a while (10 rows or so) it gets tired, says “more data here...” and skips to the last few rows of data. This happens even tho i specified in the action that i want the max of 500 rows retrieved.So my question is also twofold:Is there any way I can rectify the above behavior, i.e. get the GPT to retrieve the 500 rows and do so fairly fast? Is there any other way to efficiently and effectively get JSON data (or another format, I can include the transformation in the Zap) to a GPT?TIA!

Hey everyone,I have been having trouble with a GET request in Zapier.The zap creates an Ad Report in ClickMagick and then sends that report to Monday. I keep getting a 404 on the third webhook in the zap. Picture attached.What is stumping me is I am getting an auth error when the first 2 webhooks have the same authorization criteria and they are executing fine. Any insights on what could be causing this? I should also mention that the Webhook has been working fine for 2 months and this suddenly started today. I appreciate it. Thank you
Hey! I’m trying to work paths into my Zap, triggered from Zapier’s Chrome Extension. I push new URLs into an existing Zap (that smoothly posts it where I want it posted), but when I want to take these as my test trigger to set up my next zap, none of them show up. In fact the only zaps that show up every time I test trigger is “zapier.com”, not even the URLs that were successfully run in another zap. And the zap that’s connected, is this other zap! Help!
Hi, I am trying to get the raw data out of a cell in Google sheets and not the end result. E.g. my cell will say something like =i1*0.5 and lets imagine the result in the cell in 2. Zapier will only return “2” but I need it to return the actual formula like “=i1*0.5” so I can then replace text in a future format step. Is there a way to do this? At the moment, I am only getting the result and not the raw data. Thanks,
I have a company where we activate phones with service, we have a jotform that is filled out with the imei and sim card number when a phone needs to be activated, the jotform is then sent into a group in telegram, then i have to manually input the info from the jot form into our activation website then after the order is complete i have to send a screenshot of the order with the phone number that was generated to another group in telegram with the name of the person who sent the jotfom and the phone number that was generated, is it possible ?
Hello Zapier Community,I want to set up an automation that does the following:Monitors a specific folder for new files. When a new file appears, extracts a person's name from that file. Checks if a folder already exists with that person's name in the same directory. If the folder exists, places the file inside it. If the folder doesn't exist, creates a new folder with the person's name and then puts the file in itI was able to create a zap that detects new Google Drive files within a folder, but I’m not sure how to assign the new files to the correct folder. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
