Hello, I am looking to automatically generate shipping labels from google sheets and cant seem to find a service and integration that can fully automate the process.

Ideally, this shipping label is generated based on a spreadsheet (for either the sender or recipient address) and then would be able to set up an automation to pull the generated email and attach as a file.  Has anyone accomplished this before as trying with Shippo and others and cant quite seem to pull what is needed to make this happen.

Hi @crreed

Try these Zap apps:

ShipStation: https://zapier.com/apps/shipstation/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Shippo: https://zapier.com/apps/shippo/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Hi @Troy Tessalone I have worked with both of those apps and while I can generate orders with them, having trouble automatically generating the label itself and then using it as a part of automations

@crreed

For us to have full context, we would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Hi @Troy Tessalone i dont see a way to configure this type of workflow in the first place.  Ideally what we want to happen is once an order is created (and this workflow has already been defined and tested), we would like a shipping label to be automatically generated and then attached into a zendesk ticket.

Right now, while the order can be created, the label itself has to be manually created and then downloaded. We are currently working with Shippo

@crreed

Perhaps try using 2 Zaps.

Another Zap with this Zap trigger: Shippo - New Shipping Label

@crreed

Otherwise the Shippo API would have to be used: https://docs.goshippo.com/shippoapi/public-api/#tag/Transactions
