  • How do I automate phone activation with Jotform, an activation website, and share info with the Telegram group?

I have a company where we activate phones with service, we have a jotform that is filled out with the imei and sim card number  when a phone needs to be activated, the jotform is then sent into a group in telegram, then i have to manually input the info from the jot form into our activation website then after the order is complete i have to send a screenshot of the order with the phone number that was generated to another group in telegram with the name of the person who sent the jotfom and the phone number that was generated, is it possible ?
