Hi, a configured a zap from elopage to clevereach. So everytime somebody buy something in elopage, the user will automatically added in a list in cleverreach with a tag of the product he purchased. When he buys a second product, unforunately the existing tag from product A will overwritten with the tag from product B. Does anyone had kind some similar issue and have some advice for help? I am using a Zap that creates a new post on my Wordpress site when a Youtube video is saved to the Channel. Everything is working except the tags part. Part of what I would like the Post creation to do is pull the tags added in Youtube Studio into the Post so that I may automatically tag new posts with the appropriate tags in Wordpress. My example: I am uploading sports highlight clips to youtube and tagging the players #firstname, #lastname, #firstlast, and #playernumber as tags. Then in Wordpress I can automatically pull video posts into the players profile page without having to manually edit each new video posts that gets added. The issue is when I look at the record on the Test phase of the Zap, I don’t see a section for the Tags I am adding in Youtube.

I'm trying to understand how many tasks the Zapier action "Add Adabra segments to Facebook Custom Audiences" uses each time it runs. https://zapier.com/apps/adabra/integrations/adabra/1040503/add-adabra-segments-to-facebook-custom-audiences According to the official documentation, it appears that only one task is used, regardless of the size of the Facebook custom audience being synced.Can someone confirm this?
I am building an app in Zapier GUI,First I will show a dynamic dropdown and user will select a template from the list.Second I will use the selected value to make an API call to get the fields. Please note that each templates have different field types and more than 5 fields. Eg: User select the Real Estate Template. We will call the API with selected Real Estate Template ID to get the fields. This template have different fields such as Text, Select, TextArea, Boolean ect. I’ve gone through many articles here but none of them helpful.
Hoping for some assistance, I’ve trawled the forums and Internet for a few days and tested plenty of options to no avail, we are exporting data via script from BlueDot to a spreadsheet (Excel or Googlsheets) and attempting to import these items into Monday.com.The process works but it only adds 1 item, we would like to add multiple items from the created spreadsheet into an existing board, this is a manual function within Monday.com but I can’t see any options for this using the Zapier (Monday.com) API, apologies as I am very new to this area so forgive my lack of knowledge and terminology here. The process we are trying to achieve is a Trigger (Daily) - Pull data from Bluedot - Push info to Spreadsheet - Import Spreadsheet Rows as items in existing board.Many thanks if anyone has the time and knowledge to assist.
Hey Zapier team, I can see the “Test” step in API polling based triggers basically tries to poll for recent records from the endpoint defined in `perform` step. Its easy and simple when the API returns the records matching the output fields as defined. As it gives the user a confidence in how the data might look like. Consider this case: The user selects an input choice from dynamic dropdown. Say ‘UserID’ : ‘123’. My perform setup is an API call to say GET ‘booksRead/user?UserID=123’. Query parameter populated from bundle data. The API returns a response like {currentlyReading: {}, userDetails: {id: 123,isLoggedIn: true, isAdmin: false} }, currentlyReading this value gets updated whenever the user picks up a book to read. So, zapier polls for change in the response and hence a change in currentlyReading every certain interval, and whenever there is a change, say userID:123 picked up ‘ZapierGuide’ to read, I make the perform return a composite object something like this: { user: {
HiI am using python to read text from a PDF file for further manipulation. However, python also get all strikethrough text from the file. Are there any other ways to eliminate those strikethrough text from the PDF file first?

Hello! I am looking to integrate Zapier to help automate the process of unenrolling students from having access to Thinkific courses after a subscription has been cancelled. If a student cancels their subscription on Shopify, they will have access to the course or bundle until renewal or billing date occurs, at which their access will be revoked. For example, if a student ends their subscription on Sept 1 and the next billing date is Sept 30, they’ll have access until Sept 30. So far, we have created this Zap template: Trigger - New Cancelled Order in Shopify Only continue if fulfillment status contains ‘cancelled’ (Have tried with and without this step) Unenroll User in Thinkific Both times we’ve tried this template with and without step 2, has yielded a ‘success true’ message, but when we look on the Thinkific platform, the test student is still enrolled in the course. How might we solve this problem?

Hello,We just set up the integration for QB Online invoice to create the order in ShipStation. However with orders with multiple products, it only brings over a single product. Is there something we are missing in the setup to allow for multiple product invoices to process over?

Hi everyone, I have Wix connected to Zapier, a co-worker of mine realized that when a new customer is imported to Hubspot that the “state/region” field does not populate. I went into Zapier and for our state field, there is nothing in the wix populations which include state. There is City, Country, street, etc. but nothing for “state” when I go to edit the Zap. Anyone know how to add that?Thanks!!

I’m trying to create a Zap that takes a Gravity Form (in this case a wholesale order form), and looks on Xero (my accounting software) for that contact. If it finds the contact it needs to create an invoice for the contact; if it doesn’t find the contact then it needs to create the contact and then create an invoice.But I’m getting stuck on the Find or Create contact stage. When I test it, it says ‘No property or field 'xxxx' exists in type 'Contact' (where xxxx is the name of the contact). But I can’t work out what to do to solve this…Can anyone help?
I have two Zaps that use Google Tasks and they both turn off automatically after they run just once. I get this email that shows there are no errors, and in the Zap history, there are no errors. Can someone help me figure out why this Zap is turning off automatically and how to prevent it?
Hello guys,I have been using tags in asana to trigger an action in Zapier, however, I keep seeing tags dissappear in Asana which makes it challenging. Upon checking with Asana, they tell me they now use Custom fields instead of tags. Does anyone know how I could use that to trigger an action in zapier? I basically have three stages in a process and so for each movement forward I would need a new tag/custom field.
Hey, I’m building an automataion that takes new RSS feed from Google Alerts and summarizes it using ChatGPT. The issue I’m running into is when I parse the blog post it does not give any content. The link is a google’s redirect link but I guess the Web Parser by Zapier cannot redirect it. When pasting the link to google, it opens the site beautifully. Any ideas?
I have made a new Interface with 3 different pages.If I choose “Embed” while editing the page (the 4 tabs are >Content >Data >Actions >Embed) it works fine. But I can’t remove the background. So I tried using the Embed action up top for the whole Interface (Found in the top menu under >Share>Embed). This Embed allows you to choose a page to embed...and lets you hide the background. But instead of showing the chosen page in the iFrame, it is showing the default home page. The code for the page looks correct (i.e. the specific page number/address in the iFrame is the correct page number for the particular page).Any ideas?
Hi --Evernote doesn’t allow you to set default formatting (e.g. default font size) for notes. However you can change the formats by hand. I’d like to manually create a correctly-formatted note called (for example) “DEFAULT NOTE TEMPLATE”, and then have Zapier create a new note for me every morning by duplicating that note and calling it something like “Daily Journal YYYY-MM-DD”.I’m getting stuck on the “duplicating that note” part. I can see how to create a new note via Zapier, but is there a way to tell it to make a copy of an existing note?Thanks in advance!
Hey all,We have a spreadsheet kept in Google Sheets that records employee travel info. We are attempting to have the spreadsheet outputted to a specific Slack channel every week. I’ve successfully created a Zap to post the data to Slack, but it’s effectively outputting it as unformatted csv data.For example, it’s basically outputting it as:Name,Title,Traveling to,Arrival Date,Return Date,John Smith,Director,New York,10/27/23,10/31/23As seen above, it outputs it all in one line.Is there a way to get Zapier to format it nicely or put it in a more readable format? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to make it more user-friendly with Slack itself? Drawing blanks on what can be done on the Slack side of things, unless there’s some table formatting native to Slack that I’m unfamiliar with.
