How to not overwrite existing tags in CleverReach?

Hi, a configured a zap from elopage to clevereach. So everytime somebody buy something in elopage, the user will automatically added in a list in cleverreach with a tag of the product he purchased. 

When he buys a second product, unforunately the existing tag from product A will overwritten with the tag from product B.

 

Does anyone had kind some similar issue and have some advice for help?

Hi @toddy 

Good question.

You would first need to Find the Subscriber, then append existing Tags to the new Tags being added when you Update the Subscriber.

 

@Troy Tessalone thanks for the tip. this makes sense first to search for the customer and then append the existing tags.

 

i tried to configure it, but unfortunately there is no option to get the existing tags of the customer.

my flow currently looks like this:

 

 

do you know how i can append the tags from user?
