Interfaces - embedding a specific page doesn't work?

I have made a new Interface with 3 different pages.

If I choose “Embed” while editing the page (the 4 tabs are >Content >Data >Actions >Embed) it works fine.  But I can’t remove the background.  

So I tried using the Embed action up top for the whole Interface (Found in the top menu under >Share>Embed).  This Embed allows you to choose a page to embed...and lets you hide the background.  But instead of showing the chosen page in the iFrame, it is showing the default home page.  The code for the page looks correct (i.e. the specific page number/address in the iFrame is the correct page number for the particular page).

Any ideas?

Thanks, I have done that!   I am also having trouble changing the height of the iframe.  When I change the px nothing happens.  🤷🏽   I’m a noob. I’m embedding in a Wordpress template.  I am so close…. yet so far.  Lol.
