Good morning people.I need to do a lead distribution on pipedrive based on which city is filled in the form.For example:If the "City" field is filled with Curitiba or Belo Horizonte, then these leads go to users on pipedrivetariane.costa@pegaki.com.br and diego.paiva@pegaki.com.brNow, if the "City" field is filled with any other city, then it goes to the user alex@pegaki.com.brWhat have I tried?I used the path and conditions according to the images attached here.What was the result?Leads are always duplicated, all leads go to Alex. Apparently this second filter does not work correctly.Can someone help me? 

Hello, I created a zap to send an email to our suppliers from a Shopify order, but if there are multiple vendors in one order it sends an email with all the products to all vendors in that order. I would like to be able to split the email into multiple emails, with each vendor only getting the line item in an email that is relevant to them. Or at least not display the irrelevant items to vendors who don’t need the data for items they don't dropship as to not confuse them with more products than they need to fulfill.This is the code that splits the line items so it is easier to read, and the previous step is a filter that reads the vendor and only continues to the email relevant to that vendor. If anyone has any ideas of how to send an email to each vendor with only the line item relevant to that vendor from one order please let me know! Thanks-Mike

Hello guru developers, after doing some research and my homework I get here to ask (beg) for help from you, maybe this could be simple but I'm not able to receive in my API the data submitted by the authentication form in my API endpoint.Maybe I don't understand well the data flow but as far as I could understand Zapier will post the fields I specify in the authentication form to the token exchange URL and I will be able to get the POST information and work with that to generate the token zapier will exchange. I am new to Zapier and trying to set-up my first zap. I got the Error Message; The app returned "Incorrect integer value: 'Birth Day26' for column 'birthday' at row 1" on my test case. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi,I see there was a similar question asked here, but said I would ask my own with as much detail as I can.I got my idea from Dollar Shave Club where they have a get started section, asking users a set of questions and then displaying recommended products based on the users responses.Is there something similar that can be done using typeform on a shopify store? I was able to embed the typeform to my store but when it is filled out the information is sent to my typeform account. But what I am looking for is when a user finishes the form they will be brought to a new page and be shown a list of products based on the users answers.I would imagine each answer would contain a tag and all the tags would be used to filter the products shown to the user. For example;I have a coffee machine product in my store with a tag “coffee_machine” and then another product, a tea pot that has the tag “teapot”.I would have a typeform with a single yes/no question, “Do you like coffee?”If answered yes the t

Hey guys,First of all, I’m a newbie here so I hope the question will make sense. A client wish to have a contact form where upond the request we can redirect the sender to the right email address. For example, for General Inquiries, send email here ; for Sale enquiries, send email here; etc etcThe trick is the client doesn’t want the emails to be visible in any ways hence the idea to use a contact form. A contact suggests to me it might be something I could do through Zapier but I honestly never used Zapier before. I love the “Push Message to Zapier” option and I use it to push Slack messages to my To-Do list on Trello (and recently, Notion). It works like a charm BUT I now created 2 additional Zaps for different Trello boards, but the “Push to Zapier” command in Slack always only shows the last Zap I created. Also tried distributing the Zaps into different folders but it only ever shows one folder and the latest Zap. When I move the latest Zap into another folder, only the folder name updates in the command. Slack dialogueZapier overview ..is this a paid feature?Any help appreciated!

I have issues with setting up my zap LinkedIn Lead Gen form - Zoom. When i set up the action Country/region (required) and i test the test it i receive an error on the Country/region action. The information has been pulled from LinkedIn and the test information is shown when choosing the action - but it wont through the test.How come is that?  

Not sure how to phrase this, so I’ll describe the scenario:I have a scheduled Zap, running weekly there’s no external input data involved I use the {{zap_meta_utc_iso}} global variable as a starting date A later step is supposed to send future timestamps, counted from this starting point (today +1d, today +2d etc) e.g. today is 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00 and I need multiple items/ variables I can use in later Actions, e.g. day1: 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00day2: 2021-05-13T11:34:10+02:00day3: 2021-05-14T11:34:10+02:00day4: 2021-05-15T11:34:10+02:00day5: 2021-05-16T11:34:10+02:00day6: 2021-05-17T11:34:10+02:00day7: 2021-05-18T11:34:10+02:00 What I *could* do is using individual “Formatter” steps, each using a “Add/Subtract time” action with a “{{iso}} +1d”, “{{iso}} +2d” etc. notation ad nauseam.But this look ridiculously inefficient, and I bet there’s easier solutions out there (don’t let me down, Internet People!) Hi, Currently, I am looking to implementing Zapier into our Marketing Agency to help increase our team capacity.However I am unsure of should we go with the Zapier for Team or only having Zapier Standard plans for some of the keys individual who benefit from it the most first while the rest of the team use the free plan only.  If any one have any experience on this topic and can give any advice that would be incredible. Thanks you for your time

Hi, The api test is green but when I click the link in slack to the post in discourse, I get the error  "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private." so then I have to open a new tab and go from there to search for the post.  What am I missing for these links to take me directly to the post?

Hey all! I have a unique situation. In my CRM, I create documents for my real esate business. We have 4 main documents that I want to send to SignNow- Purchase Agreement, Inbound Deed, Sales Agreement and Outbound Deeds. I’m looking to Zap those documents over to Sign Now. When the documents get sent out of my CRM (Pebble), it is seperate document URLS and it looks like this…in this example I want to send the document that contains “purchase agreement” or the word “Purchase” is fine too.  How do I set it up so I can choose the right file URL to send a purchase agreement from my CRMto Sign Now? THANK YOU!!

Hello! I’m new to Zapier, amazing tool! I guess this task shouldn’t be that hard, but I’m struggling to find a solution:I have an MS Excel file in my Onedrive which contains rows from a booking system.In the Excel file, there is a specific cell that contains the number of booked days this month.All I would like to do is that on a regular basis, say every Monday, send a simple e-mail containing:A subject (text) Some text The content of the cell from the Exceldocument in Onedrive.It could basically look like:Hello! The number of booked days is as of today: [cell content]I have found ways of sending an email when something is updated in the Excel document, but that would be far to often. I simply want to schedule the e-mail, but still include the value from the Excel cell.Any suggestions? Best regards,Martin

Based on the selected value of the dropdown the output of the trigger will change. performList perfectly returns sample data based on the selected input value, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to provide static samples. I want to create a membership based Discord server that connects to Infusionsoft/Keap. We know that Zapier can help to create a line item eg. on an invoice, but what if the item (called product & services in Xero) doesn’t exist yet? What if you want to create or update your product and prices from your source of truth into Xero?The functionality doesn’t seem to exist and we would love to see that developed to keep the Xero items we quote and sell up to date.

Hi, I’m trying to get Zapier to send a video uploaded to a Google Drive folder to the post to a Facebook page. The error I’m getting is when testing the ‘Create Page Video’. I’ve tried all the links Google Drive produces and can’t get any to work. Does anyone know which link it is that would work or if I need to do anything differently? Hi, I have paid a Starter plan for two months now so that I could create various multi-step zaps. My business is just barely starting and it doesn’t seem wise to me to have this extra cost. I plan on paying my Starter plan again once it’s necessary to use multi-step zaps. Will my multi-step zaps be preserved if I downgrade to a Free plan?

I'm hoping to do this if possible. So when a new image (jpg) is added to a dropbox folder it creates a new woocommerce product with that image. So if I put 50 image files in the folder it automatically creates 50 products each with its own image Is something like this possible?

I’m trying to build a new Zap in Zoom. I need a Zap to be created every time a new participant signs up for a Zoom MEETING. The only Zap option is get is for a new WEBINAR and I get an error message why I try to use webinar because my account is not set up for webinar’s, only meetings.  Goal - when a new participant registers for one of my Zoom MEETINGS I need it to trigger my mailshake (already connected in Zapier) to add that participants information to a mailshake campaign.  See below in creating my Zap Zoom Choose Trigger Event (required) Search & Select … New Meeting- Triggers when a new Meeting or Webinar is created. New Recording- Triggers when a new Recording is completed for a Meeting or Webinar. New Registrant - Triggers when a new registrant is added to a Webinar. Those are the only options I have with Zoom.  I need an option that says - New Registrant - Triggers when a new registrant is added to a MEETING  Can anyone help?
