New emails in Microsoft Outlook aren’t triggering my Zap


Hello, 

I’ve set my initial trigger on Micrisoft Outlook to initialize when I receive a new e-mail. Everything tested on Zapier works fine, but it’s not working unless I run manually the zap.

Does anyone knows what’s happening?

Hey @plm_retail,

Make sure that the right account is linked up to the trigger. If the trigger is looking at the wrong account, it won’t trigger. 

Another element to keep in mind is that depending on the type of Zapier plan, there may be up to a 15 minute delay. Hope this helps!

Hey @plm_retail,

As @XRayTech indicated, this is likely due to the trigger delay based on your Zapier account plan, since the Microsoft Outlook trigger are NOT instant.
