Hi  I am having trouble with the One Drive integration when its trying to find a file. Even though I can actually see and open then file in my one drive, the find action will not return the file. The file name to search for is coming from a previous step so i know it is being typed correctly. The strange thing is when I and edit the step and run the test, it eventually finds the file after several times  Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong or how to stop it from happening I have even tried putting a delay in for 5 mins to see if it was an issue with the file uploading

I need to parse a block-quoted section of the incoming email’s HTML (specifically lines like Email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com and a phone number), but the trigger only ever returns a plain-text snippet—no HTML or raw payload. What I need:A way, using only the built-in Outlook Zapier actions available on the free plan, to retrieve the full HTML body (or at least that blockquoted section) from the specific message I’ve already matched in my trigger.Has anyone solved this within the Outlook flow without upgrading? Whe I am trying to create a draft email in Gmail from an event starting in Google Calendar I am using the description in Google Calendar to provide the information I want in the body of the email. When the draft email is created though I have </p><p dir="ltr"> everytime there should be a new paragraph. I am trying to get the email to look the same as the description in google calendar. I have attached screen shots. Does anyone know how I can get the body of the email to look like what is in google calendar?

I am using “Add/Remove Deal Label” in Pipedrive.  I reference the Deal ID dynamically from the “Deal Filter” in the previous stage.  This works fine.  But when I choose Add Label it doesn’t give me the deal labels like it does in people.  Does it require me to manually find the label ID?  If so does anyone know the easiest way to find it? Thank you

I’ve searched the community but couldn’t find a solution.I’m working on an integration between Fireflies.ai and Monday CRM, and my flow should look like this: Trigger – A transcript appears in Fireflies.ai Check attendance – Look at the emails of the attendees Find these attendees in CRM – By email Add the transcript/meeting data to the client(s) card in Monday CRM Everything breaks down at step two.Here’s the data I get from Fireflies.ai:I see that there are three emails in the attendance section.(see screenshot) Now, when I go to the Monday CRM step and start searching for the emails, nothing comes up because the emails are just listed in a single string.I tried using a formatter to break it apart, but no matter what I tried, the output still ends up as a single string. Hello,I’ve setup an Email by Zapier to Create Document from Text workflow. It works when I test it manually, but emails from my online form (noreply@example.myenotice.com) don’t trigger the zap. I can get the zap to create documents if I email the address directly from my Outlook account.Is there some kind of spam prevention happening here that would keep my form emails from getting this to run?Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where my Zapier integration with Facebook Lead Ads works fine during testing, but it doesn’t receive any real leads once the campaign is live.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Reconnected Facebook Lead Ads in Zapier Granted all necessary Lead Access permissions Selected the correct page and form Tested the form using Meta’s Lead Ad Testing Tool — last week it pointed to a specific issue, but now it just says “something went wrong” Deleted/recreated test leads Confirmed CRM permissions (we're using kvCORE/BoldTrail) Zapier’s internal test shows that everything is working, but live leads aren’t triggering the zap and are not delivered to kvCORE.Has anyone experienced this before? I have a Zap connecting Calendly to MyMusicStaff. I run a test and everithing worked perfect. I turned it off for like two weeks and now I can’t turn it back on. I tried several times but always get an “Zap Could not be switched On” email. It just says I need to look for assistance. Any idea why it is not working?

Hi, I tried to find articles related to this. I know that Zoom provided Zapier Integration that allows it to listen to Team Chat. However, I can’t make it work. I already specified the trigger and the channel to listen but the test records keep on showing test payload. We already tested both private and public channel, new mentions, etc. Nothing works as I can’t find sample of real message.  Anyone knows the fix or maybe has encountered same issues?

I have one Zap where a trigger from Monday.com creates a series of folders on Egnyte where Creative Assets would be loaded by the creative agency. Then it sends an update back to Monday.com. This works perfectly.The folder structure is as such:Shared/Creative Assets < primary folder Shared/Creative Assets/Campaign < campaign folder, first one created in the Zap Shared/Creative Assets/Campaign/Tactic < these are created via a Path in the same Zap. There may be 1 to 5 of these sub-folders depending how many different tactics a campaign is runningFrom there I’d like to create a Zap where when files are uploaded to the newly created folders we can either post an update in Monday.com and/or send an email to the appropriate stakeholders. I have been trying to play around with Sub-Zaps but I’m truly stuck (as it’s been a few years since i’ve used Zapier and a lot has changed). But Egnyte trigger of “New File in Folder” doesn’t seem to be an option in a Sub-Zap.So then I was thinking

We have a slack automation through Zapier that sits on a private channel. Anytime someone posts a phone number in the channel, this automation is supposed to check if its a current customer in our crm, and then notify the rep inside the channel. Some how, when slack was message up or delayed last week, it has now started replaying a message from me from last week. Everyone else in the channel can post a phone number and get a response. But if i post one it continues to replay it and spit out the same response over and over again. I have tried duplicating the zapier automation, creating a new chat, everything and its still doing this over and over again. I have attached screen shots, but cannot figure out why this is happening. I have checked all the settings, making sure it doesnt fire on bot messages, and also checked to make sure its set to private channel, and not any channel. I need to occasionally move a file from Sharepoint via FTP to anohter server as part of a Zap, <50 times a month. Currently we do this via python locally, but I’d like to move the process to Zapier. The only option I see within Zapier is EasyFTP, which is $10/month. I'm surprised this isn't a native app within Zapier itself. Am I missing something or is EasyFTP the only option?

I am trying to pull gong transcripts and analyze them using Zapier AI but I keep getting the same errors. I’ve set up the webhook as a post request and I’ve even hardcoded in a call ID (not used it from a previous step, just to make sure it’s all working) No issues with authorizations but I keep getting a JSON error   

Hello Community! We are working through a scenario with a Fathom <> Zapier <> Slack workflow utilizing Fathom’s Team Calls function that aggregates all external meeting recordings and summaries into our company’s Team Call repository. Goal:Set up a Fathom <> Slack push channel where external meeting summaries are pushed to slack for general visibility in Slack. Sub-Goal:Currently, Fathom only allows users to push all External calls by default to the Team Calls Folder, and then manually flip them to “No Team Visibility” after the call has ended. Hey everyone, I’ve been working on what should be a really simple Zap for 3 weeks now and I can’t get it to work.  I have two issues.🛠️ Zapier Troubleshooting NotesIssue 1: Airtable Trigger Won’t Stay on “New Record” In my Zap, the first step uses Airtable and is stuck on “New and Updated Record.” I want it to trigger only on “New Record,” but every time I select it and save, it reverts back to “New and Updated Record.” I’ve already tried the following: Selected “New Record” again and saved it. Disconnected and reconnected Airtable. Changed the app temporarily, then came back to Airtable. Refreshed fields and retried setup. Despite all of this, the trigger won’t update, and it’s causing a looping issue in the Zap.  Issue 2: Emails Are Sending at Midnight Instead of Scheduled Times I’m trying to automate email sends at specific Eastern times: 7:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 4:30 PM. When a new appointment gets scheduled by a client in my Acuity (calendar app) account, I want to have that apointment info saved automatically in a new .RTFD file within an automatically created new folder within my Egnyte account.  The newly created folder and RTFD file should both be named with the client’s name.  I tried to set this up but i don’t think Zaps can create new files.  Is this true?   Thanks!  

Hello, I confess I’m new to API and while I do understand the premise I’m not up to speed on the specific execution and I’m a little unclear on the structure.I’m trying to do the following in basic English: When an item gets added to a board in Monday.com I want to create a sharepoint folder and then e-mail a link to that folder to an employee. Since it’s an employee they would just be able to click on the link and go to the Sharepoint folder in their browser. I have the Monday and Sharepoint folder creation part sorted out. After some digging I saw that Zapier has an “API Request (Beta)” action option so I started poking around that but I’m unclear on exactly what data should be populated into the fields. Zapier provided a link to this Microsoft page to help get clarification. From there I also found this Microsoft page. I am still unclear on exactly what to put in the fields in Zapier. Here’s a screenshot of the fields below.   I assume it’s a “GET” request based on context and what

I can see in the Data In field in my Zap History details that the field I need is present (purchasedItems:1)  But in the Data Out, it’s missing. Why? This is the correct data that needs to be sent. Now what do I do? It should have been in [User Purchased Items] [1], I believe. At least that’s where it is on the Data In screen. And the field I am choosing is from a pre-built integration by the receiving product, not some random thing I built myself.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I have a scenario where multiple Zaps call a sub-zap that does some data processing and calls QuickBooks Online “Create Sales Receipt” step. Sometimes the sub-zap fails on QBO step with the following error:Too many Zaps trying to access the same resource at the same time. It will be retried after 15 secondsThe sub-zap logic eventually succeeds, however it fails with the error:Did you fork or replay this step? We expected callbackUrl to be stored!I assume that the callbackUrl gets lost during the retry due to the retry. Has anyone figured a way to work around this?

When i set up Delay by Zapier → Delay until → Date and Time is in the future, but its not waiting , it’s just continue to the next action right away (sending email in this case)Thank you !Attached images - 

I am new to Zapier and recently set up a Zap to connect FundEasy to Bloomerang.  This Zap gets triggered whenever someone registers for any event in FundEasy.  I did not see any traffic in the community about FundEasy usage, so just checking on the possibility that someone else has run into this issue.  I have verified that my Zap is published and turned on, but when I register a test user in FE nothing is happening in Zapier and nothing is getting created in Bloomerang.

I am using Webhook to get data from Zendesk to Zapier. The Webhook in my Zendesk is linked to a trigger, which I have tested to be effective. And to test the Webhook, I have1) done the “test Webhook” from the Webhook setup page directly;2) created a new ticket to perform the action that can trigger this WebhookIn the Activity Log of the Webhook, I found both tests successful. However, only data from “test Webhook” was successfully sent to my Zap. I cannot see data from the ticket I created.Below is a screenshot of the activity log of my Webhook triggered by the ticket. It shows as successful and also documented the data that are supposed to be sent to my Zap. Does anyone know what causes this trouble? 

SeeingDomain did not match expected domain filter(s) `sheet.zoho.zoho.com`.When testing the Zoho Sheet connection, using the API Request (Beta) feature. The URL I am using ishttps://sheet.zoho.com/api/v2/download/<doc_id>So unsure where the “zoho.zoho” is coming from. I understand this feature is in beta, but just wanted to check if I am missing something or report this bug.
