Help me figure out what I’m setting up wrong here. I’ve tried changing the create source and that doesn’t fix it. The test works on the zapier side when initially setting up but when I submit a form to test it out on my website, I get an error email saying Address Format. I’ve included screenshots of every step.

Update: I also tried setting the action to be find or create contact. I read that an issue might be too many submissions from the same email or compliance flags. I’m testing on the squarespace site with known valid emails and the error persists

Hey @Coffee Into Websites,

Try to use real email addresses. Maybe the email addresses you are using are flagged.

Can you try using Find or Create contact action instead of Create Contact action to see if it fixes your issue?

Hope it helps!

Yes, I used real email addresses to test. I used my personal email, a few family members’ emails as well. And yes, I’ve also tried using the find or create and that did not resolve the issue

I figured out the issue, so I’ll put it here in case somebody else has this issue:

On the Squarespace form block, you must toggle off the setting for the marketing email checkbox

Thanks so much @Coffee Into Websites! Really appreciate you sharing the solution you found here so that others in the Community can benefit from it 🤗

Seems like you’re all set for now but please do reach back out if there’s anything else you need help with. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡
