Issue with Dropbox sign with trigger "Signature Request Sent" not sending data

Question

Hi, my zapier trigger with dropbox sign is “Signature Request Sent”. I’ve tried doing test trigger and doing multiple test, but Zapier is not pulling my test data. It’s just giving me the sample data Zapier created. I already triple checked that it’s connected with correct DB sign account.

I always see this error: No signature request sent

Zapier is in paid plan

Dropbox sign is in Standard plan (the normal DB sign plan)

I saw somewhere that I might need a separate DB sign API plan. I just wanted to double check if getting that will actually resolve this issue? (just not really wanting to commit with the cost if it doesn’t really solve that)

I think it does require a Paid API plan for this trigger if you see here- https://zapier.com/apps/dropbox-sign/integrations#integrations
