Cannot connect to files in Google "Shared Drives"
Dear Zap Team, I’m trying to append text in a Google Doc with information from Monday.com Pulses. The Zap works just fine for Docs in “My Drive” but not for Docs in my company “Shared drives”. I followed instruction from another post (https://community.zapier.com/ask-the-community-3/new-google-drive-zap-can-t-find-shared-drives-1067) and plugged in the folder ID into the Customize Text. Again, this works for “My Drive” but not “Shared drives”. Are there specific setting I need to adjust on the Shared drive to allow Zapier to access the files? Thank you, Adrian
SUGAR CRM - Get LABEL values from dropdown, instead ID
Hello everyone, I want to connect SUGAR CRM 7+ with GETRESPONSE, all is ok, but when I try to match the fields from SUGAR I have some field in dropdown and I see that Zapier take the ID value of the SugarCRM dropdown and not the LABEL value of the dropdown. Is possibile take the LABEL value of the dropdown instead the ID value?
Authentication with applications
If we are connecting to an application; that application needs and ID and Password. If I need to change the password I will need to go into the zaps and update them. Is there a different way to authenticate to applications that do no involve a standard id and password that is more flexible?

Discussion board + issue tracking
Hello,I am looking for a community discussion board software to foster community discussions surrounding our technology. Moreover, I’d like this board to be integrated with an Issue Tracking software (to be determined) so some discussions can be turned into a ticket as deemed proper by the sys admin. Something akin to HiveBrite for community discussion and something akin to ZenDesk for issue tracking (just a couple examples, not wedded to these). I was hoping to find a pre-integrated solution that has all these features but I’ll settle for Zapier integration of disparate software suites.Any tips welcome.Thanks in advance,Meso

Good day Zapier Community, Currently, I am using two (2) tools being integrated with Zapier. The first trigger would be to Create a New Form entry via Zoho with specific data, then the next action would be to create a New Record to Airtable wherein the data gathered from Zoho will be disclosed to the specific table from Airtable. I would like to ask if there is an action on Zapier to update multiple records from the Zoho forms that our clients are accomplishing? Thanks
delayed notifications from google sheets
Hi I have a google sheet that is populated by orders I receive through woocommerce. I would like to get a notification after 3 days and after 7 days to serve as reminders that I still have an order to fulfill. Any idea how to do this? I don’t need the notification at the time of change in the sheet bc woocommerce already does that. its the reminder I need.(ideally there would be someone to automatically tell the spreadsheet when the order has shipped but haven’t figured that out either)Alternatively, could Zapier automatically create a reminder in my iphone Reminder app? Zapier mail - If I send a Zapier minute every 6 minutes, will the 10 emails per hr restriction block outgoing emails
Does any have any experience with sending out emails using Zapier email? I need to send out 200 emails in a fairly complicated process using multiple tasks. If I set a dealy in the ZAP for 6 minutes, will Zapier mail send them out continously or will the 10 emails per hr cap kick in and stop my ZAP?
How do I edit current Zap with new Mailchimp campaign?
We integrated Zapier with MailChimp. When someone joins our network, two things happen: their email address is added to a specific audience in MailChimp and a welcome email goes out to them. However, the welcome email is missing a link to a member survey and I also need to change the subject line. I created a new campaign in MailChimp. However, when I click on the Zap to edit, I’m not seeing where the campaign was selected to change it to the new campaign. How do I switch campaigns without starting a new Zap?
Retrieve all Google Calendar Events in the past week
Hi there,How to retrieve all Google Calendar events in the past 7 days and store them into a Google sheet? I saw there is the option to “add”, “update” or “search” calendar events but not sure if they can achieve the goal. The only way I can think of is every time a calendar event has been added, send it to Google Sheet. Is there a way to do bulk export instead? Thank you all!

How do I halt sending an SMS in JustCall when someone cancels or reschedules an appointment in Hubspot?
Hi I’m having an issue with one of my zaps. I’m using hubspot as my crm and justcall as my voip system. When someone books an appointment in hubspot i would like to send text reminders for the upcoming meeting. The issue i’m having is if someone cancel’s or reschedules a meeting the text for the original meeting will still be sent confusing the attendee. Currently we are scheduling the sms in justcall which there doesn’t seem to be away to cancel a schedule text. My new idea is to add delay steps in the zap until right before the sms goes out. This would prevent the text from scheduling and hopefully if zapier has the functionality allow me to stop that zap from completing if the meeting cancelled or rescheduled. However I’m not sure how to stop a specific zap and if the system has this functionality.
Moodle and Salesforce Integration - trigger for any course?
Hello everyone, I am working on Moodle and Salesforce integration for my client. There are 2 trigger options: New Course in Moodle and New Enrolled Student in a Course (particular course). In our case, we need Zapier automation which runs when new students enroll in a course (any course) and create new records in Salesforce. We want to store in the Salesforce the following information:Student First and Last Name Course name When Student took the course. Is there any way to do it in one ZAP (flow)? Shopify + Wave - recording a sale without tax amount
Hello guys!Is there any way to create a ZAP that connects Shopify with Wave accounting, but the data from Shopify that i need to go through to Wave is the Price of items bought together with price of shipping. I don’t want the price of taxes to go through. Screenshot attached. I’l like to transfer subtotal amount and shipping amount to Wave together, and to be recorded as a sale.
Line Itemizer for Paragraphs with Varying Inputs
I have a record summarising the incidents that a client is involved in during each month. For some months this could be 0 incidents, for others there could be 5 or 6 etc. I am trying to translate this noise into external facing notion pages that give a summary of the month for each client and the individual events they were affected by. Here is how I am currently using the Line Itemizer feature: It is giving me a great output: Which I was hoping I could use to now have a paragraph for 1: and a paragraph for 2: However when I get to a later text based action step and I look for the outputs I generated above, I get the same comma delineated stuff: Is there some other step I should be using?

Title pretty much sums it up I have the part that triggers upon signing and creates a new slack channel, but now I need to figure out how to addd the signers to this new slack channel that the zap creates.
Okta Manager Attribute to Jira
Hello all, wondering if anyone has ever set up a Zap that would bring user information from Okta into Jira. For example we have manager name\email in Okta and would love to have this information in the Jira User Profile details so we can automate manager approvals and other workflows and automations. Can "add new row in Google Sheets" trigger somehow be set to add in date order?
Hi! New to Zapier and hoping it will help smooth out my workflow. I use Honeybook as a CRM and set up a trigger through Zapier for the contact form fields to be added as a new row in an existing Google Sheet. My issue is that the new row is always being added to the very bottom of the sheet but I’m wondering if there is a way that when it’s added it will be automatically sorted in date order. *I have tried sorting the sheet itself in date order but every time a new row is added I have to constantly re-sort it.
