I run a rental events business in Dubai and my website ( “Hafla Rental” ) is built on wordpress. I'm looking to build a multi-step Zap to fully automate our post-booking workflow.
Here is what I want to achieve: When a customer books a rental event package on my WordPress site, I need the booking details to automatically sync across three different places without any manual data entry:

Team Calendar: Create an event with the client's details and event date.

Accounting Software: Generate an invoice or log the payment.

Inventory Management: Track/reserve the rented items so we don't double-book.
