How do I resolve an unexpected annual fee on my free account?

I was charged an annual fee that I did not sign up for.  It was a $239.88 charge and I am on the free version with 0 zaps. I’ve submitted a ticket, but haven’t heard anything.  This feels VERY wrong.  How do I get ahold of someone?
