It did not point me in the right direction. I read the support docs already, which is why I came here with the question. I have been working with Zapier support to get my issues resolved, and that has been very helpful.

One thing worth flagging: you generally cannot move a saved card between processors. The payment method token is Stripe-specific, and PCI rules block passing raw card data through Zapier. The cleaner path is to connect Stripe as the payment gateway inside Chargebee directly, so the card is vaulted once and Chargebee owns the payment method. Then Zapier only needs to sync the customer and identifiers, not the payment details, and you can attach them to a subscription when coaching starts.
