Here is our desired workflow:
- Customer submits a gravity form
- Stripe is integrated with our gravity form, so the customer pays at form completion
- Zapier passes customer information from Stripe to Chargebee
- Zapier passes payment information from Stripe to Chargebee
- We now have the payment method on file in Chargebee, and we can add them to a subscription when they start coaching services with us
Is this workflow possible?
The other thing I tried to look into was just using Stripe to capture the payment information, but not charging them right away. But, it seems like that is only an option with a credit card, and we need it to be an option for bank accounts as well.
