Leads from Meta to Google Sheets + WhatsApp at the same time – Absolutely. You can set up one automated workflow that adds each lead to a Google Sheet and sends a WhatsApp notification automatically. No extra cost.
The ability to distribute leads into four separate Google Sheets based on location is also achievable with your plan. This is typically done using a Path by Zapier step within your Zap. Paths are a feature included in the Professional plan, and they provide the branching logic needed to send a lead down a different workflow branch to the correct sheet based on the value location field.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
WhatsApp needs a business account – You'll need a WhatsApp Business API account (the official one through Meta). A regular personal WhatsApp number won't work for automation.
Watch your monthly usage – Every action (adding to sheet, sending message) counts toward your monthly limit. But for typical lead volumes, 2,000 tasks/month is plenty.
