I have a list of domains in a google sheet, and I’m trying to add a tag to all users in Intercom whose email contains one of those domains. The logic is as follows in this screenshot with Intercom, but I’d have to add each `Email contains XXXX` manually. Is there anything within Zapier that I could use for this?
I’m hoping you guys can help a beginner! I am trying to create a Zap to send to respondents that choose a specific answer on a Google Form. I think I have it all set up correctly with the correctly indicated condition of response, however, I do not see how to tell the Zap to respond to each specific respondent that gives this answer. It requires a “sent to” e-mail address, however, I don’t know yet what these specific respondent e-mail addresses will be. How can I tell it to just send the response to those people? I hope this question makes sense!
HiI am trying to locate a Google Sheet in a Shared Drive and cannot find it.I have moved the file out of the Shared Drive as a shortcut as well as moved into my own Drive and still I cannot see it.I have made the file editable for anyone with the link.‘New Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive)’ which I found out about in your help notes is not available to me.Not sure what to do next - thsi file needs to be accessed by the team but to get the process going happy to have it in my own Drive but where is the file???What is strange is for G Sheets, you go from Drive level to file - what about folders in the middle?Thanks for your help!JM
I have a Zap that it suppose to update Mailchimp when a field is updated. the issue is, it only appears to work with existing records, that I then change to meet the criteria.If I create a new record that meets the criteria, it doesn’t do anything. why?

Use Case HubSpot → Pipedrive:In our company, Marketing and Telesales work in HubSpot, whereas Sales is working in Pipedrive. Once Marketing/Telesales have warmed up a lead (or deal), it will eventually be transferred to Sales, i.e. Pipedrive. All unecessary information (deal info, contact and company record, activities) should go into Pipedrive Use Cases Pipedrive → HubSpot:It might occur that a deal might get disqualified from Sales and thus needs to get sent back to HubSpot. Closed Wons and Closed Losts (coming from Pipedrive) need to be reported to HubSpotMy concern is that I will need endless zaps (which might be OK) and that I overlook sth when passing data.BestDennis

I want to create a Zap between “GetResponse” and “Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM” but I keep getting the error “Got 401 calling Get https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/api/discovery/v9.0/Insances, triggering auth refresh.”(Note that I didn’t enter it with “disco” but my companys’ name.)Yes I have full admin rigths for my account.How can I resolve this issue?
Hi,I had a great zap triggered by the adding of a new line in a google spreadsheet.At one moment, I don’t know why, all the mapping got screwed up.In the zap, instead of having the names of the columns, it switched to labels like COL1, COL2, etc.Why does this happen and how to switch it back to column name mapping ?Thank you !Be wellMichel Wozniak
I am working on a flow to sync contacts between a small CRM solution and Google Contacts, so added / updated contacts in the system are created / updated in Google Contacts.But the existing app only supports searching by name and email, while the most important key for the customer is the phone number (and I believe it goes for most users of Google Contacts syncing their Android contacts to Google).So, how can I find people in Google Contacts using the phone number without using the Google People API directly?
It also looks like when I test the Zap, it is passing information to Zoom but it’s the wrong information. The registrant field is where the person’s name should be, so I selected “Contact Id” from the options but it’s only showing numbers. Is this totally basic? I’m following the tutorials but I’m confused because the data options seem so different from what I’m seeing.
Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.
I am trying to setup a scan to google drive zap. All emails from the scanner produce a PDF document, scanning will auto email to the scan gmail account, need the zap to upload the PDF from email to a specific folder on the google drive of this same account searched for shared zaps that I could just modify, however I cannot locate shared zaps either.

Hi there - I don’t see the option to do this in the Zap so this may be a dumb question. I am trying to create a new Slack workspace (not a channel) when a Salesforce opportunity is created. I am creating a zap to push a tracking number from our shipping software into a field in Hubspot, when that record is updated a workflow in hubspot will trigger. We are dropping the customers shipping record into google sheets and plan to have the zap trigger when a new worksheet is created. We have everything setup. The question is how to update the HS record with the tracking number before the HS workflow is triggered. When you get to the action step in the zap “Create or Update Contact in Hubspot”, it is asking for the contact email for which a dropdown is there relating to the google sheet. I am not sure what to put in here?
