Cant Connect to Dynamics CRM Sales

Hi.  I cant connect..  I am getting the below error.   Am I missing something?

It is a new dynamics instance sales and I am entering the custom domain correctly.   Also, I don't have AD configured yet and need some guidance.

Oh, foo.

Zapier could not connect to your account.

Got 401 calling GET, triggering auth refresh.

Getting error on connecting to Dynamics

  • Our integration currently works with v8 and v9 of the Dynamics REST API.
    If you're using an older or newer version (9.1 or greater), you will not be able to connect to Zapier.
    If you use a newer version of Dynamics, please contact Zapier support so we can register your interest.
  • We don't support self-hosted instances of Dynamics yet.

I just wanted to check in here, were you able to find the information you needed?

No they have a connectivity issue with Dynamics 365. We have had our database update to v9 and still get the same error message. I’m not sure when they’ll fix it so we will be looking for an alternative solution

Hope all is well 

Will there be an update from Zapier on this connection issue? Microsoft have pushed out the update on their end to us and now all our CRM zapier connections are broken. We use it for Facebook, Forms, website connectivity through to CRM?

If not, are you able to suggest an alternative solution to Zapier?

I can’t say for certain when to expect a fix, unfortunately. As for alternatives, both William and I work for Zapier so we’re not really in the business of recommending competitors (if that’s what you were asking for).
